I waited for more than 2 weeks before I write my opinion as if I write early I would probably come out with more angry comments. First i waited under the hot sun for almost 2 hours before getting the rented car. When i booked the car, i booked for super relax package and i was told I don't have to pay anything extra.up. Without my consent i was charged extra 100 Pound for tyre and wind screen cover when i picked up the car. So from the glance the rental is cheap , but after adding all the extra insurance and it came out probably more expensive than if rent from other car rental company. I was told to be given a new car but end up have to change to an old car after loaded my luggage, as the new car has NO INSURANCE.I booked for a diesel but was given a petrol car and they didn't give me a choice. The so car bigger car just had the tyre changed and washed in a hurry with the remnant rubbish under the seat. The car has almost empty fuel and I was driving to Wales, and before turning to the M4 I couldn't find any petrol station to fill the tank.Imagine what will happen if the fuel ran out? the second issue noted after restarting the car: "adjust the tyre pressure, then re initiate" ? how to do that on the highway. Third issue came :"collision detection risk system faulty" is this the car a rental car company should provide? i was driving a car with faulty collision detection for a week. I have rented a car from different countries and this is the worst I have ever experienced.

I've rented from easirent at Heathrow several times in the past, but not for a few years. They moved from the location i knew, but the new location is just as convenient. Free shuttle from terminal 5 (Hoppa hotel bus), simple and easy. Very quick check in process, friendly staff and new (ish) cars. Very easy return process as well (5 minutes). Can't fault them for anything, and based on this experience i would rent from them again!

It was easy and not very time consuming to pick up the car, but Easirent is a popular and attractively priced service so there may be some waiting time and queue before you conclude the rental agreement and drive off. It was easy to return the car, provided your filled out the return form yourself. The issue I experience is that Easirent still has not yet returned £1500 security deposit two days after I returned the car with the tank full of petrol and no any damages to the car as required.

I reserved online from the US. The process was easy and I had no issues. They were friendly and organized when we arrived, we did purchase extra insurance. I would recommended skipping the online insurance and using the rental insurance directly. But, I was nervous about driving on the other side of the road and the peace of mind was worth the additional fee. I’d use this service again and recommend to any American looking for a rental car.

Hired a Mercedes from this location after relying in from Melbourne.

Firstly it took a 55mins wait in line to even speak to a representative. There were only 2 staff inside there which me t they were extremely understaffed. The guy and the Russian lady were actually very kind when we got to our turn. After signing for the vehicle we waited a further 25 mins until we got to see the car.

Once we went to the car the guy marking paper with the damage to the vehicle was very lazy and did not want to be there at all, either that or he wanted to rip us off. He marked only 2 marks on the paper and asked us to sign it off, so just to be safe we decided to look ourselves and found another 6 marks on top of the 2 which he found. And 2 of those were large on the front bumper. Se he updated it and asked us to sign, he told us there is half a tank of petrol in it and while we were driving we realised there was less than a quarter tank.

The next day we came in and asked to return the vehicle because we had an emergency and had to leave to go back immediately so I even brought it back with a full tank and they didn’t allow it returned. Will not ever recommend this company or their services to anyone. Paid just under 800 pounds for the vehicle. I should of read the reviews and listened to those instead of a local saying this is a good cheap place.

Also regarding your reply. I have also sent you an email on Thursday 13th Oct when I tried to return the vehicle early. The bigger but friendly guy at reception told me to email you.

Don’t use this car rental company. I booked the car as it was suggested on the KLM site after I booked my flight the cars were cheap and I took the extra insurance for peace of mind. I then went online and saw all the terrible reviews and the behaviour bordering on criminal. One former employee saying they damaged cars when they were brought back so deposit money could be kept. When I arrived which was easy with the shuttle bus, I was offered extra insurance, I said not to worry I had already signed up for it. I was then told it was still inadequate and I need to pay an extra £160 on top of the £80 I’d already paid. Then came what felt like a threat, if you don’t we will take £1500 off your credit card as deposit. Having the reviews I read top of mind I took the extra insurance for £160. So three days car rental cost £110 for the car and £240 on insurance. I was concerned the whole time what would happen when I dropped the car back. Which was fine actually. Next time I’ll go with Avis and there will be plenty of next times.

Rental was a good experience, it didn’t take more than a few minutes to get the car. I was informed that there was no damage on the car, but after a quick inspection I found a curved wheel and 3 other points of damage to the body work - so it underlines the importance of a thorough check. They marked it all off on the paperwork without any issue and I had no problems in return. Check in of the car was very fast and they arranged a taxi for me to the airport. They also asked me to fill in a review and tried to make me put 5 stars which I found a bit pushy, but otherwise a good experience and I would rent from them again.

Amazing experience. Excellent brand new car in perfect condition at an incredible rental price.
Big shot out to Costa, who gave me a 5 star service, explaining every detail carefully, offering all the available options and giving very helpful advice.
Will definitely rent with them again from now on.
