Strongly suggest not to get scammed by the same pattern to rob the customer!!!!

They are really friendly when issue the car but the problem is when you return the car. They look for small scratches and unseen dent and they charge you with the hell of a lot money.

I had the same story, there was a dent which was clearly shown on the issued pic when the car was issued. And I got ping with the same dent and previous scratches. The whole evidence were there including photos but owners didn’t agree with the fact.. I could have argue and taken into further action but I understand their intention. Basically, they’re there to rob the innocent customers.

I had to donate £200.00 for no reason without my fault. I’m truly hurt by the dignity and loyalty of the coy.

I would rather walk throughout my life rather using their rental stupid cars or whatsoever!!!!

Overall a very pleasant experience. I have never hired a car or van at all before, but the experience was made very smooth for me. They have some decent vans, but it's a shame about the damage on them, which does happen unfortunately. The only other thing is that their current temp location is very out in the sticks, down a single-track road, so you can expect having to reverse a van to let someone by almost right away. Highly recommend Vantage Vehicles and will use them again if needed.

Industry normal con as far as I am concerned, quote a price for hire, by the time you add in normal things like recovery, insurance it suddenly twice the price, who pays £16000 a year accidental damage cover. Its a con, trading standards should look into.

Helpful team and very customer focused without being saley.

Rented a van which was in great condition and cost hardly anything in diesel.

They seem to do plenty of other services, including a comprehensive car clean / valet which seems to be of a high calibre.

Not tried servicing / tyres / car sales, but I imagine it's done by the team as a whole, so probably of a high standard also.

Safe to say I will be bringing my motors here in the future.

Vantage Van Hire get a thumbs up and 5 stars from me. Professional, courteous and value for money. The staff are amazing and really helpful. The vehicle that I rented was lovely and clean, fuel efficient and comfortable. Definitely the best rental company that I have ever used.

The service provided by Vantage in our time of need was first class. We had to move at short notice and they went out of their way to make a vehicle available to us, and when things went badly for us they were sympathetic and went above and beyond to help. Truly fantastic customer service, and the vehicles are really nice as well!

I will always hire from here if possible.
