I have hired family car from them few times. Once I hired for 4 days and went to Norwich. In the motorway a lorry threw a stone and it hit the windscreen which was cracked. I called the manager and he said he will do his best once I return the car. After returning, they called specialist and were able to fill liquid in the crack (autoglazing) below £50 so saved me from replacing the whole windscreen.

Very helpful and honest, I recommend them. I have moved to Harrow from Surbiton but I have booked them for coming Easter bank holiday!

Smoothest, most straight forward rental I have ever experienced. Just as it should be. Finding ourselves in need of renting a van last minute, we were able to call, book a van and pick it up within half an hour. No hidden charges, no hard work. Just a van to rent for an excellent price. The van itself was a delight, speedy and smooth to drive and the guys running the place are friendly and helpful. Will not ever be looking for anywhere else to rent from again. Would recommend this place above all others.

During our recent vacation in London we decided to rent a car and found Parkhurst Kingston on the internet as the cheapest and with a good rating. First we had doubts because other vendors had some bad reviews. But the next morning we went to the office to see and could rent a small but good car for a very good price and within a few minutes (only the recording of the old damages took a little time; but we were perfectionists). Everything was simple, the staff friendly (with a sense of humor regarding the "right" side of the road). We were even able to extend the rent for the next day very easily by mail. So we made many miles in those 2 days (300 miles included; excessed 0.12 each only) and needed very few fuel because of the hybrid (Yaris). All in all it was an unbelievably cheap and very good experience. Next time we will rent a car here again for sure. Thanks, Parkhurst!

Very reasonable prices. Good quality vans. Hefty deposit and excess on insurance (which might be the norm for all I know), but look after the vehicle whilst it's in your care and it's not a problem.

I’ve used this company for many years and have always found them friendly and professional.
Also they always refund your deposit quicker than anyone else in my experience.
