Alamo Rent A Car - Marylebone

This is not Saint Pancras, it's Maryleborne, over 40 minutes walking from St. Pancras. On top of that, we got there at 15,45 and the office was empty, they were supposed to close at 4. So no car for us this weekend. And no one can help. Great customer service.

I would say the best service of all the rental companies out there! Only one to show me around the car and show me how things work..... Deposit returned following day not a week or two later. Also no extra charges that I have been charged by other firms which I had to fight to get a refund. Brilliant services, thanks!

The worst rental car experience ever. They canceled the booking exactly 30 mins before the pick up time and didn’t even bother calling to let us know

Nicest car rental counter we’ve ever used. Two different staff, two weeks apart, each extremely nice and helpful (Mo and Andrea). Hard to figure out how to walk in, but once you get in they’re so nice.

Sent us to King’s Cross and after searching for a couple hours (they don’t answer the phone) we find out the location moved five years ago to Marylebone, about a 20 minute drive away. Staff just shrugged when we complained

I was dealt with within 5 minutes of arrival.
