Avoid this place for your own good we have an area manager that has a power trip. That is explaining me that the car is safe when oil light is showing. No customer service. Soon as I pick a car from southall he call me to mock. And adeel or Andy branch manager gives false promises. Avoid for your own good

Used this branch again and happy to say the service is still spot on, cars aside its the staff who make or break a company and the staff at this branch are an asset.

Used this branch a few times and will use again. Staff are friendly and accommodating, no hassle experience unlike some other hire car outfits I have used in the past.

Team here is great. Helped very well as this was courtesy car. Vipul helped throughout and he has been brilliant. He took all well care to avoid hassle from insurance company.

Stay away from these scammers. They just make fake promises and then later take away your deposit without any reason.
Anyone who is thinking in getting car or van on rent from Enterprise in Southall Branch , don’t go to them. They are bunch of crooks who just lie and the whole team just think customer is a fool.
Better to use surrounding branches.

Rohan saved the day at the last minute for my party and I when another company failed to deliver. We are so grateful we stumbled into enterprise and that they were able to get us a great car on such short notice. It totally made our trip! Everything was so fast and easy.
