Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Woking

This is a great branch of Enterprise, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful. The car I reserved was ready and clean when I arrived. Nice, easy transaction. And, a petrol station feet away, worth knowing if you need to fill before you return.

A very good renting experience. We were checked in by Page who was very polite and professional and patiently explained everything in detail. Dropping the car back was equally smooth and easy. Impressive service.

Awful people. I booked and paid for a medium sized vehicle. When I arrived I was presented with a Toyota Aygo (possibly the smallest car they car). I specifically asked the sales person if this was the medium sized car, she lied to my face and said yes. I could not even fit the pushchair in this car. When I called the main number they confirmed that it was not a medium car but said I had to complain directly to the Woking branch. I did, they responded again by lying saying the salesperson was new and simply didn’t know the difference the cars, they refused to provide any form of refund. Disgusting

After a 3 days rental, I just returned a Volvo XC 60. Martin and Katie are wonderful to deal with, and nothing seems to be too much problem for them. On pickup, the SUV was clean and a joy to drive. Enterprise Car & Van Hire Woking comes highly recommended, and the costs are quite cheap. Thank you very much.

I was referred to Enterprise by my insurance following an accident. I didn't actually use the vehicle and the hire was cancelled by myself within 24 hours (due to lack of info from my insurers). During this short exchange, Katie and Martin were both so helpful, patient with all my questioning and arranged a car as soon as they were able. More importantly, they were both so polite and kind during what has been stressful time. Thank you both (and to the polite lady who collected the vehicle) for your kindness.

Don’t often review but credit where credit is due. I hired a specific van which was not available at time and place agreed . The staff at Woking could not have been more helpful and sorted me out efficiently and as quickly as possible . It shows the quality of staff is what differentiates good companies from poor companies .. highly recommend them
