I freaked out when I opened the van with my membership card, and then found no key in the glove box. A member of staff found it slightly funny that she got the van cleaned but forgot to put the key back.
When I returned the van to its bay, I reversed in to make it safer and easier for the next person to take out. If a car club member doesn't leave the vehicle facing outwards, can you do it?
If staff are the last to use it, in no circumstances leave it in such a way that the next driver needs to reverse out of a tight spot.
Edit: They asked me to email them (see their response below) and so I did asking them to call me.
However, they replied with a refusal to call me. The explanation given was that they don't call people. What's the point in me calling when the best person to deal with this issue might not be available at the time I call? Wouldn't it make much more sense for the person who wants to deal with this issue phone me when they're available?
Fast forward a few days and I had a nightmare with insurance company stopping paying for my replacement car while not paying for the work on my own car. The team tried their absolute best to try and help me and sort me out with an extension and even kept me in the replacement car for a few extra days after the insurance company stopped paying so I could try and sort the situation out, but insurance company did not communicate and I had to give the replacement car back in the end.
I cannot fault any of the team here for trying to help me out and P, Kieffer, Jack, Charlotte and Veronica all showed truly exemplary customer service in trying to help me and I cannot thank them enough for the consistently helpful and friendly service they gave me.
Promised delivery time, didn’t deliver
Needed a mobility for my mother ( at least a saloon ) for my elderly mother , offered a MINI !
Only use if you dont need a car or not bothered what day or time it’s delivered.
What an amazing service i have received from this team. If only I could experience this type of service everywhere I go. Charlotte was amazing when she met me on the first day to give me a courtesy car. P ( sorry I know I am spelling her name wrong) she was amazing. Went above and beyond and not extra mile but tens of extra miles for me. I didn’t have to ask, she just would speak to my insurance to extend my courtesy car. And they ( car insurance) are not an easy bunch to deal with.
Amazing service from everyone in this particular branch in Hanworth.
