I have been to the branch multiple times and the service is great every time. The customer support is very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The actual rental process is very straight forward as they give all the paperwork necessary with no errors. I am overall very pleased with both their service and car.

Great PCO company to hire your vehicle from the staff are very helpful and they even offered me an insurance waiver that covers me if I have had a fault accident. I have been driving for over 26 years and never had an accident but the reassurance just in case I do is greatly appreciated.

I came to PCO after hiring a vehicle with a different company for a long period. When I called KJ I heard a familiar voice and realised it was Daniella from the other company I hired from. I am extremely happy Daniella was there as she always looks after customers. Farhad gave me the vehicle and he showed me everything and was really friendly! I hope to stay with kj for a long period

So , after been looking to rent a car for a while i finally managed to find the hidden gem just around the corner from my house. What a bunch of amazing, respectful, joyful people. Honestly never been treated with so much respect from any companies so far. Took 2 hours from the moment i called them to drive away with a brand new car. Highly recommend these guys. 👍🏻

I’ve rented from KJ PCO for the first time. I normally rent from Weflex, and I’ve rented from other companies over the years. I must say their customer service is just amazingly efficient. And I think it all is down to the office manager, Danielle. She is astonishingly efficient , a real asset the the company.

I have been renting from company 7 weeks snd really happy with service. Daniella is amazing really superstar, she has everything ready for me when i arrive in office with all papers. Hazar showed me the car and did pictures and videos all around very smart professional company happy with everything

I returned my id3 today as I purchased my own vehicle. I hired for 7 weeks and was greeted by two lovely members of staff Danielle and Hazar. They helped me upload my documents and had me active with Uber within the hour. Super fast efficient service and would highly recommend this company to everyone to hire their vehicle from. I called many companies for a hybrid and everywhere was out of stock. I spoke with Daniella who offered me a great package for a hybrid prius, she was really friendly and helpful. I even took an insurance waiver to help waiver the excess in the case of an accident. Super quick and easy, highly recommend.
