The booking and collection process was fast and efficient. Car that I received was superbly clean and parked only a few steps away from the booking desk- you don’t have to wander through aisles of cars looking for yours! Great local firm with excellent service and value.

Very clean reliable vans, customer service 10/10…I am a very happy customer and will hire from them again in the future. If your looking for a good deal with good customer services theses are the people with the car/vans for you.

Lovely sensible firm — highly recommend. Have used them several times, and the final price was always the same as the initial quote — very different from the big chains with all their hidden charges! Will continue to use CCVR whenever renting in Cambridge.

Good experience, rented two vans in the last 3 months and got exactly what I wanted. Competition across the road seems much less organised, so will stick with CC&VR.

The Friday before a bank holiday our personal van decided it was going to start playing up so we went into CCVR, they were so helpful and despite their fleet being booked out they managed to source a van for us for the weekend. They saved the day!

I'm giving CCVR five stars because of their fleet of electric vehicles. They're well-located in Cambridge with the cars parked around back at the Tesco superstore. My Renault Zoe EV was 100% charged, delivered in good shape, had low mileage and drove me about 700 miles around East Anglia with no issues charging at the many commercial sites in the area. Competitive prices, too, from what I can tell. Convenient hours. Really excellent staff -- feels like a family business. And if you're compelled to return it with a 100% charge, as they ask, there's a PodPoint charging station at the Tesco where you return your car to the CCVR office. Couldn't be more convenient. If I need to hire a car in Cambridge again I'm definitely coming back to CCVR for another EV.

Very professional, specially with how clean the vans are given to the customer. I rented a few already with them and they all smelled like freshly cleaned when I received them.

Besides, once the van had an accident the day before I booked it, and they solved it giving me a bigger one.

The only thing that I didn't like is that they withheld the deposit (100£) for almost a month because of an issue with how they transferred it from one booking to another. But I want to believe it was an honest mistake. Nevertheless, had I not been on the lookout for that deposit and requested it back, it may still be in their hands.
