I used a van from Enterprise Sydenham a few weeks ago (22/08/2022) missed my survey link!) and they were brilliant! Hakeem was the person handling my booking and he was an absolute star! Very knowledgable, we went around the van together to check for damage and went through my policy in detail. The van was in great condition and was very clean inside and out. Allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted. Had a great sense of humour and made the whole process quick, speedy and stress free.

He is a credit to Sydenham! Also a quick note to say that everyone was friendly in branch. Smiles and warm welcomes.

Payment was also quick and easy including the release of the holding deposit.

Thank you again Hakeem and Enterprise Sydenham. Will definitely be coming back :).

I would love to give these guys 5 stars, but they aren't perfect.
Price wise, booking online is fairly good, staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Problems, as with all big companies, they try their best to offer good friendly staff, which you cant fault them on, but you can wait ages to get a rental because of queues and silly procedures. Also trying to phone is difficult and a refund I was promised never came. I gave a rental back with an extra £35 worth of diesel, I am hoping they discount that from the van I just gave back missing some diesel, but we will see.
Also the excess has just jumped from £1000 to £1700, obviously inline with inflation.... not.

We were super happy with the service here. All the staff were friendly and efficient. I Want to make a special mention for Omar though. He was very clear in his explanations, super friendly and when I lost my sun glasses in the car, went out of his way to make sure I got them back before flying home. You saved the day Omar. Thank you!!! 5 stars for you. We will definitely come back here:-)

They do not deliver what you book (wrong gear box).

Booked an automatic gearbox car, the confirmation email says so, my licence also mentions automatic. Was given a manual car and realised after I payed. They actually has no automatic available. Had to cancel the deal, I'm still waiting for getting my money back. One hour of my time wasted and a trip to and back from there.

I had a brilliant first time use of this branch; so straight forward in comparison to other rentals places I’ve used. The team in the sydenham branch were so professional and polite.

Shan’ai had such a friendly manner, very lovely. Ollie gave a warm check in, to ensure all was fine with my experience. Definitely using them again!

Absolutely 10/10 service 😊 ended up hiring two cars and both were great, more than I needed in terms of comfort and necessity. Everyone on the Sydenham team were polite and helpful, Rihanna, Omar, Chaney, Amish, Ollie. Please correct name spellings if necessary because I will be calling enterprise to tell them how exceptional you all were! Only question I have is did you ever find the crate of dog food in the boot and if not could I get a refund on that? 😅 Billie x

Hired a car while mine was in the body shop. Was walked through the rental with Manu (Mr. Terrific) and returned it with Khalid (Prince Charming). Both of these men were very professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

I had a difficult situation where a van I was supposed to be using was not returned on time on the day I had reserved it. However Manu and team did everything in their power to resolve the situation, I was compensated and checked up on post reservation to ensure I was happy with the resolution. Despite the inconvenience of the situation they did everything they could to ensure I was satisfied. I would just suggest that Enterprise ensure they have extra vehicles in case this situation arises.
