Siddons Car & Van Hire

I've dealt with John and Nigel before. I have found them to be very helpful and very friendly. They crack jokes and make you feel at ease. In my personal experience and my personal opinion, they are a good company to rent from. I am writing this review having read someone write a negative review and called them rude. That may have been their own personal experience. But speaking for myself, they gave me 5 star service... and I'm a black man!!!!

Have used this car rental service, several times over the years. Helpful, friendly guys, who try their hardest to accommodate. I've hired both car and van and had a really good experience. clean vehicles. Even coming in early once to accommodate my husband bringing back a van. I would recommend this service to anyone. First class in customer service, which is becoming a thing of the past with most companies.

These are the only van/car rentals I use in London, have been using them regularly for a number of years. Great value for money and flexible. Staff go out of their way to accommodate you and the vehicles are consistently immaculate.

They were by far and away the best price that we found locally so when we turned up we were expecting a battered old van but actually it was brand new. The customer service was excellent so I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic local company, the van was in perfect working order. John and Nigel bent over backwards to sort any issues out. I will be using them again, and I will recommend them to my friends. Nice one fella's!!

Van hire went well but poor service the staff said the £500 deposit would not be taken out of my account. This was untrue they took the money straight away and when we delivered the van back at 8.30am there was no one in the office to collect it. When we queried the £500 being taken they said it was only pending . I’m writing this review because they misinformed us and now at almost Christmas we can’t get the £500 back for 7 days . This practice should not be allowed.

Where not open when they advertise on there website. Came down twice to pick up the car and were closed. Still charged us £100 for the weekend with out contacting us. Would stay away from these guys.
