All the staff that we met were charming. Example - one of them asked where our car was damaged and we said that we had been rear-ended. The immediate response was, “Are you OK?” The loan car was in good condition and Cameron went to some lengths to go through it with us. In particular, he was very careful to explain clearly how the insurance excess worked without putting any pressure on us to take out additional insurance to cover the excess, although we did. When we returned the car, once again the team was courteous, efficient, and smiley. Thoroughly recommended.

I had Mansfield Enterprise help me after I was in a RTA.

My insurance company were AWFUL and enterprise sorted EVERYTHING! They rang me ever couple of weeks. Spent time talking to me to see how I was feeling and go through the car I’d get. As it took nearly three months for my insurance company to do anything the continued to do this and help me. It was eventually enterprise team who spoke with the third parties and helped get my solicitor on board and my insurance company to deal with everything.

The pick up and drop off was flawless. Everyone was really helpful and kind.

I would return for a rental should I need one in a heartbeat.

I'd like to start off by saying I'd put no stars if I could! Absolutely disgusting customer service and policies! I unfortunately had an accident in my own car which made me need a courtesy car and Vertu didn't have any of their own which lead me to using Enterprise. I've never hired a vehicle before in my life, let alone through another company so I didn't know what to do. I told the person who was dealing with handing over the car to me (Jack) and I accepted to have excess protection. I asked if I had to pay now and he said no, my insurance will pay for it. Due to never being in this situation before and him working there, (meaning of course he was telling me how it works there, or so I thought), I took his word for it. I ended up having an accident in the courtesy car and am now being chased for £650 which is my insurance excess. I have rang up this branch multiple times, been in and been turned away instantly as well as going through complaints. I had a phone call which I missed due to being at work and it was a random staff member who didn't deal with my case previously, repeating everything I already knew and said I still owe money. He then closed the complaint as resolved. Since when is a voicemail proof of resolution when I haven't accepted it? I am now two months into this complaint and I'm about 6 managers up the line which I haven't heard from a single one yet. I will NEVER EVER go with Enterprise ever again and I suggest others don't so you don't have to go through this mentally draining complaints procedure either. I'd rather walk than ever touch an Enterprise vehicle and deal with this branch again.

I uploaded this review in January/February. We’re now in April, 5 months after my complaint began and I’m still no further forward. My insurance have been trying to get ahold of Enterprise since I uploaded my review and Enterprise haven’t been cooperating and have been ignoring my insurance. They’re lovely to you and put a face on when you’re using their vehicles but when there’s a problem, not a single person offers genuine assistance or assistance at all. Pure ignorance.

Amazing service. Got a car via insurance, so makes no odds to them what I get, it wasnt the correct vehicle type when I got there (thought I would be getting a hybrid) and I do a lot of miles every weel so full petrol was going to cost a fotune at the minute, and within two days they have sorted me out with a hybrid which they really didnt have too. Brilliant service :)

I've used this Enterprise a few times over the past 3 years. I've always found their prices and processes to be fair, and their customer service to be excellent. In particular the pick up and drop off service is great.

Have used Enterprise many times over the years, always good, and Mansfield site is no exception. Friendly welcoming staff, good prices and excellent vehicles. Recommended

All the staff are very professional and polite and courteous especially Raymond at your Mansfield branch. Very nice person indeed. Excellent service 👌

Massively disappointed. The car itself was really good quality. clean and in good order. The sale process was ridiculous. Having received a quote via email we had expected a price as stated on the email. When we arrived after a very thorough walk through of the car and process I was informed that there would be an additional £400 of costs to be paid in full prior to me driving off. I managed to get the money at short notice but when you get a quote for around £600 for a weeks hire in writing in an email you don't expect to be paying £1000 on the day. Poor communication nearly ruined my childrens surprise holiday. The staff on the day were polite and very apologetic and tried to help the situation best they could but it was alot of hassle to source £400 in a matter of minutes to rescue the hire arrangement for the car for the week. I won't be able to afford to hire from these again, im in debt paying back money I had to borrow to pay for my first hire experience 😪
