I rented a car during my two day trip, and when I got my car, there were already small spots on the car and and very small crack on the windscreen. I took pictures of those so I wouldn´t get fined but they still fined 125£ which was the pawn price and when I wanted to show that they were already there they didn´t even look at them. I have incurance so it is ok but dont rent a car from here!

I've hired cars all over the world from most of the well known brands. This was my first hire from Easirent. The check-in to key-in-hand process was by far the quickest and easiest I have ever encountered. Super efficient and excellent customer service. If there were 10 stars I'd give them!

I wonder if this company might be using a dubious practice as part of an unofficial business strategy.
We were assured that a small scuff on the rear bumper was nothing, and would rub off. It was dark, and at the time I couldn't really see the mark he had pointed to.
But at drop off this mark was suddenly highly significant for the staff (different from those at collection, and who refused to contact the original colleague). We were made to pay £270 extra for something which had been nothing to do with us.
I wonder if this scuff will continue to be unrecorded; as a potential trap for subsequent customers, and easy revenue for easirent?
I may be wrong; but I doubt it.......
You should be okay if you check the car very very carefully at pick up and insist that any marks (no matter how small) are recorded before you leave.
Other than that, the car was clean and mechanically problem free.

1st time using the service. All costs explained clearly. Car ready on collection. 75% tank filled. Easy to use and staff friendly. Would highly recommend. Given 1 hours leeway in returning car and recommendations for saving money on re-booking again

This rental was fully paid for at the time of booking. Receipt showed 0 to be paid at time of collection. Easirent informed me on arrival that I had to pay a deposit of 1,500 pound to cover the excess for insurance. The charge to be made on a credit card and refunded within 21 days of returning the vehicle undamaged. However, I do not have a credit card. Easirent refused to put a hold on 1,500 pound on my Visa debit card and I was only allowed to take the car after paying a premium of 595 pound for insurance to cover the excess (1,500). This is extortionate price gouging. I would not even give this company one star. The car they provided had not even been washed.

Overall a good experience. The staff were friendly and efficient although why my debit card was good enough to cover the rental but could not be used at collection defeats me - having hired two cars within the last two months it was readily accepted by both hire companies.
Despite being told I'd receive an invoice by email (car hire & insurance) nothing has yet arrived.
However, if you are armed with a credit card I would recommend Easirent and given them 5 stars.

Do not use this company or Easirent formally known as. The place was shut when I got there last night after my flight was delayed. It was for a confirmed booking. I was not the only customer got there at 12.30am I checked with the shuttle bus driver and HolidayInn staff next door they all said this company is terrible and leave customers stranded. It happens every night apparently. Appalling service.
Never use again.

Not bad but definitely some improvements to be made:
do NOT let the broker send out incorrect information. We were informed that we would be taken to the airport but this is not true
INCLUDE ice scrapers in your cars if they are stored outside in the winter. It is incredibly cheap of you to save on these and I had to scrape off ice with my credit card
INCLUDE anti-gel in the water tank for cleaning the windscreen so that this does not freeze. Come on guys You can and should do better
