Green Motion Car Rental London Gatwick Airport

Our first time renting. We had an amazing customer service and what a team work from Abdul and Gil extremely helpful and very friendly. They work so superbly and handle situations with other customer just brilliant to watch.

Will be renting again from Gibraltar. Will be back in August. I reccomend to take their full insurance rather than the third party. They did us a very good deal

We booked a car for a short trip through Expedia, we didn't notice that in the small print it was mentioned that the car was an electric one, which was not suitable for us.
Gill and Abs from the dealership were super helpful and found us this wonderful car (see pictures) as a solution in a great price. Highly recommend.

Possibly the best car rental experience we’ve had. Shuttle waited for us (we called on landing as we have a young child) and the driver was a really nice guy. Check in was great, and we got a free upgrade to a SUV. Check out was equally smooth - Gil the manager went out of his way to be courteous and helped us load up our luggage onto the shuttle back. For a zero excess rental, it was £70 cheaper than the nearest competitor for three days.

All in all, 5 stars and would happily return as a customer.

By far the best car rental service experience that I have had till date!

Dealing with Mr. Gill at Green Motion (Gatwick) was one of my most pleasant car rental experiences till date.
He proves to be a classic example of 'quality service going above and beyond customer expectations'.

It was a treat to watch him work super efficiently in helping multiple customers simultaneously and effectively. This was my first experience of seeing a car rental service staff working so efficiently and enthusiastically.

To be honest and contrary to my expectations, I was completely taken by surprise by the 5-star service received. Not only was I given a clean and very well maintained car, my rental period was also extended on request and without any hassles.

I have used Green Motion at Gatwick several times in the last few months and each time have had excellent service from all members of the team. The shuttle bus drivers are cheery and helpful, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes for a pick up or drop off. Gill, in particular, has been informative and each time, has provided me with excellent service, competitive prices and virtually brand new vehicles. I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an efficient car rental location.

Just returned from a 5 week trip visiting UK family (from the USA). Green Motion (and Gil) were absolutely terrific to make sure I had a great car at a reasonable price. This was a fabulous experience!! I hired a medium sized car for 4 days for just £42!!! I was up graded for free to a brand new (only 500 miles on clock) Peugeot 2008!!! Was wonderful to drive and on return I was given a lift to Gatwick to get the train, which was brilliant as it’s a bit far from the airport. I was driven by Abdul who was friendly and efficient as was Matte on collection. I would highly recommend this cheap and cheerful car hire firm and will be using them again. 😊

Great Value and Customer service

After renting cars for work travel with various companies over the years it's lovely to find a company that still offers customer service. We had a complicated journey over to the UK with two young children (no thanks to Easyjet) but these guys made the final part of the journey as easy as possible. The rental rates are good value, staff are friendly and helpful - much appreciated under the circumstances - and the whole shuttle pickup very smooth. I would definitely rent from them again.
