Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Redditch

I have used this branch a few times now and they are nothing short of superb. Great manners, perfectly trained and very willing to help in any way they can. Of course there are cheaper car hire places around but you get what you pay for, super cars, super service and totally worry free.

I have rented from Enterprise for well over a decade and have always been really happy with the service. Great staff, competitive rental prices and fantastic cars. Today Stuart saw me on my way with great assistance and minimal fuss. Highly recommended

Great Place for car hire. Should have a little snack area with free cakes and pastries. A coffee machine or a friendly tea lady with a cart would be a good idea too.

Were used through insurance company. I found them to be professional and courteous at all times I dealt with them. I had specific requirements, automatic with a high seating position, which they managed to accommodate with a Kia Sportage. This may be down to the fact they was a week to search through fleet stock.
Very easy transactions with them.
I would definitely recommend both Redditch, in Worcestershire, branch and the Telephone Contact Team. Especially if advance notice can be given in order that they can try to accommodate any extra requirements.

Car turned up late with no explanation, with only 31 miles left on the electric battery. Wouldn’t choose to use them again tbh.
