Europcar Exeter City

Very competitive pricing, Europcar Exeter is located on Marsh Barton trading estate.
I reserved a car booking online which was simple and collected it from the office, although there was a wait to get the car, the service was very efficient and friendly.
Social distancing controls were well signed and handwash was available, I was impressed by the staff who cleaned down the seat and desk after the previous customer. Would highly recommend.

Was meant to drop me a car off at 12pm yesterday, still have no car, despite reservation booking. no phone calls ag all, won't answer when you try to phone depot. Main office emails Exeter and asks to phone me urgently, 24 hours later still waiting. To say I think they are shocking is an understatement! I'd give them 0 stars if this was an option.

The only way I could post this review was to give it one star - I wanted to leave none. Literally a terrible experience, from website, to the treatment by staff at London Victoria, especially Mariam and her manager there. Please take my advice, use another company.

We broke down and needed to collect a car in Exeter. The car was handed over beyond filthy and with the alloys scratched beyond belief. Since handing back the car of which took forever in the first place as they were't willing to repatriate back. They are after money for repairing a car that we did not damage. A poor substandard car was given. Of which we had no choice in accepting as there was literally no car available. Otherwise my family would have been left stranded. Don't use Europcar and especially don't use Exeter City. #Moneyopportunisiticsdealer

Brady from Europcar Exeter was very helpful, excellent customer service and lovely guy. He offered an upgrade vehicle & tried to fit in my budget. Very professional & accommodating. Its a shame Europcar didn't have a pick up & drop off service during weekends. It was my 1st time in Exeter City and in Europcar. But overall I am a happy customer.

Usual dirty tricks to inflate the bill. You have to work hard to get your money back.

Excellent staff but car not so good with quite a few cigarette burns in literally every carpet. Smells of urine as well which is unpleasant. While providing no matts it is what it is though. They asked me to contact them about raising a complaint and apparantly someone from Yeovil was going to call me back, no one bothered, generally I won't use them again, dirty and smelly car isn't something I want repeat. I've now reduced the review from oringinal 4 stars down to 1 as they don't even chase up complaints.

Not so great branch of Europcar. Not much variety of cars. Overly priced rentals.
