Excellent, friendly service. Given a free upgrade from a small car to a brand new Hyundai Tucson. Goid fuel policy. Shall definitely use again. We had our flight plans changed and they adapted with no problems. It was a great start to our trip.

Vehicle drop off and pick up is amazing, no worries of hauling bags,cases and passengers to pick up your rental.

Great service, friendly staff and spotless car. We got a free upgrade to an almost brand new sporty Merc that was perfect for the countryside roads to Cornwall. Will happily rent here again, unlike the big faceless, greedy names at Gatwick. Human error and holidays caused a delay with the deposit return but the staff was professional and acted quickly when we pointed out the error.

I was very impressed with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone. I couldn't believe my luck really because hiring a car for 5 weeks in the UK is seriously expensive but this place was at least a third cheaper than the conventional choices and a lot better service as well. Obviously they're near but not at the airports but they'll pick up/drop off as necessary wherever you are. Importantly cars are new or close to and in very good condition and lots of choices depending on your needs.

Absolutely brilliant! These folks are so much better than the 'big' rental companies if you are looking for three weeks or more car rental and indeed if you need less than three weeks. They bring the rental car to you, no waiting for a shuttle bus and then waiting in another queue. You drop the car to them at the departures forecourt, what a great way to pick up and drop off your rental car. I definitely recommend these guys.

Great experience renting from Gatwick Car & Van rental! They were friendly, super responsive, and extremely helpful. We end up arriving 3.5 hours late and they were still able to pick us at the airport. Got a new car (~5k miles on it) that drove well and t a great rate. We were able to alter our rental period with no penalty. We did slightly scratch a wheel (most likely a curb) and were charged a nominal damage fee ($75). When we returned the vehicle they were kind enough to take us to the nearby train station. I highly recommend renting from them vs the big companies. Not only do they have great cars and rates they have EXCELLENT customer service.

Great company with rental fees so much cheaper than the big boys and the service they provide is excellent! They are so helpful and make sure everything runs smoothly. I got a free upgrade to a almost new car and my deposit was back in the bank days before expected!

Adnan and his team are always there to help. Every time I use them I seem to get better deals. I've used Gatwick car and van rental for 10 years now Nd I've had quite a few different vehicles each vehicle has been top of the range for that model and they have all been spotless I wouldn't go anywhere else
