So after being dealt with in a very rude manner by another Europcar branch for the first time, I must say I was very pleased with the service that I received from LCA EUROPCAR.

I was served by Rodney the first time and Monica the second time I hired from this branch. Both were fantastic, hired 2 cars in one month because of the service that I received. I paid a little extra for an upgrade.

Definitely will be back next week for another rental!

Monica and Rodney are definitely very professional and a great asset to London city airport Europcar. Great team!

Rodney at Europcar London City was incredible! He was so kind and friendly. I felt lucky that he was there to handle both our pick up and drop off. He gave us excellent service and was also very personable and likeable.

Pleasant enough staff, but I was being served by someone trying to serve another person at the desk and on the phone simultaneously, so it wasn't a smooth pick up with a few mistakes. Also, not very impressed by them refusing to use my DVLA check code. Instead insisting I had to show them the penalties record on my own phone. Wasting time and it seems to defeat the purpose of the DVLA check code system as an independent verification. The car itself was not well cleaned, with dirt of some kind on the stearing wheel and the inside of the windowscreen smeared with something.
On return, after trying to drop off the car at the office, I was left waiting by the car in the car park for 20mins after being told to return to the car and await a check in inspection. Nobody came. Had to return to the office again to request to return the car.

I had an amazing experience dealing with this location simply because of one employee: Shahbaz - you are a true gentleman! Shahbaz stayed after hours to help me get my car. He even helped another client who had a reservation with another rental company but whose office was already closed. Shahbaz has the best customer service with very polite and positive demeanor! I got lucky that Shahbaz was working that evening. Will be sure to come back here.

My assistant Shahbaz (LCA) was very respectful and professional. This is the 2nd time I've used Europcar and would definitely recommend to others. Picking up and returning was very easy. Vehicles well presented and clean. So far have not had a bad experience and can't imagine that happening in the future. Keep up the good work.

I was robbed by Europcar Cancun and EconomyBookings.
I have been sending complaints for over a week and no answer!
I booked a VW Vento rental on EconomyBookings. I chose ALL possible insurance options (accidents, road assistance, return of excess, mirrors, windows, lost keys).
I received an e-mail confirming that I paid the so-called Full Coverage option - reimbursement of any costs that would have been charged. Voucher said I paid $269.13 and had to pay on site: $0.00
However, at Europcar in Cancun, an employee said he wouldn't give me the car if I didn't buy insurance. I showed the Voucher, showed the e-mail with Full Coverage - nothing helped.
After a 16 hour flight I was tired and agreed to the option he showed me in Spanish (language I don't speak) but described: $168 insurance and $2350 security deposit.
I wanted to write a complaint later.
I asked: Such a high deposit if I have 2 insurances?
He replied - These are the requirements.
I have never paid such a deposit in my life and I have rented cars in many countries!
I heard that I am a "privileged client" and I will get a better car (instead of VW Vento Nissan Kicks)
I say ok. I paid 62% more. Maybe I won't file complaints and bother VISA?
Car I received? Almost no fuel and washer fluid.
At the hotel, I saw: instead of $168, I was charged $600 and $2,354.8.
I thought $2354.8 was a deposit (that's what the scammer at Europcar Cancun showed me). But that's payment for the second insurance!
I was lied to by a scammer! He said $168 was a surcharge and $2354.8 was a deposit. But, as I don't know Spanish, he took my signatures based on his own lies!
I only saw the amounts on my card statement.
Now my vacation is ruined and EconomyBookings, Europcar Mexico and even France are not responding to my complaints.
This car costs 400,000 Pesos in Mexico, so paying my $174 a day would buy a new car after 121 days. It's theft based on deception! How can a corporation allow such a theft?!
EconomyBookings and Europcar Mexico and France are not responding!
But their practice is a criminal! You cannot insure the same damage twice. This would be a scam. Since the car was Full Covered - nothing else could be insured!
So far, I have rented cars on 3 continents, in different companies. I used EconomyBookings and Europcar for the first time. And for the first time I have an empty wallet and a vacation wasted!
Do not use their services!

Europcar at City Airport is by far my preferred rental company. I rented a Tesla Model 3 for a weekend getaway. The car was brand new and drove perfectly. A huge thank you to Rodney, this was the second time I picked up the car from him and he is extremely helpful and nice. He offered me some upgrade options, including the Tesla, which is my favourite car. So he's the real MVP!
I've used them 5 times so far for rentals and never had any issues.

I had one of the best experience with Europcar this week and all credit goes to this top top employee. His name is Christian. My guy had the best customer service ever and the way he handled my bookings and upgrades were phenomenal. I would recommend everyone to use there service. They have some nice fresh cars. And once again thanks a lot to Christian for going above n beyond with his service. Definitely coming back to Europcar again. 👍😄
