Hired a van for 11:00 am Sunday morning and paid in advance. They decided to let us know at 10:57am Sunday morning that they don't have a van for us.

They Eventually sorted it out but we lost 1 hour of the time that we paid for and we didn't get given another hour or any compensation for the lost time
