Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Accrington

Rented a car for a four day period before going on holiday. Ended up getting covid two days in so couldn't use the car and had to cancel the holiday. They picked up the car from my house because I had to stay at home for 5 days which I was happy to be charged for but they didn't charge anything. Will recommend highly and use them again, thank you.

Someone caused damage to my vehicle a few weeks ago and whilst it's in for repair I have a hire car from Enterprise. From the start their customer service has been exemplary....the car was ready when they said it would be and there's no pressure to return it until mine is repaired. Would definitely use them again.

had a car from here after a non fault accident. The saff are very polite and professional. Went to pick car up and was able to drive off within 5min, The car was verry clean, had the car for a week and no problems. Really impressed with all the team here Highly recommended. Thanks

Used this company a few times now great customer service. Word of advice never book anything online over the weekend as it will automatically inform you that it has been booked then the poor staff members have to call you apologising as everything has to be changed or what you have asked for isn't available so best speak to someone direct.

Ideal location, good choice of cars, reasonably priced. Helped me out at very short notice with a car for family funeral in Scotland from Burnley. Friendly staff and good service from the staff. Perfect.

Using them has been easy and stress free they are good to communicate with and they do go above and beyond to be helpful and I’ve even had some great upgrades!
