Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Leighton Buzzard

Very helpful staff. They picked me up on time and dealt with the paperwork quickly at the office. They pointed out the benefits of extra insurance but were not at all pushy when I declined. Great car. I took the car back expectantly after hours. As they were still there they processed the paperwork for me so I didn't need to go back the next day. Very helpful. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. The ladies who looked after me at Enterprise were friendly and so helpful. They also ensured that the car they provided was as close as possible to the car I drive whilst it was in for repairs. The process was so easy and simple. Thank you for all your help and if anyone is looking to hire a car I would suggest yourselves hands down!

This branch is very unprofessional. I hired a couple of different cars with them. They always try to up sell you on the excess cover witch is really expensive compared to buying it online.
When I returned one of the cars there was an old rusty screw in one of the tyres. This could of been picked while I was driving or it could of already been in there.
The branch informed me that they have to take the whole excess of £1500 even though when I was actually picking up the car the lady trying to upsell me the excess cover said a tyre could be up to £100.
I then called the damage recovery department who informed me that it would take 4-6 weeks to get the money returned. He also informed me that it is up to the branch discretion, whether to take the whole excess or not. He did say that it was extremely excessive to take £1500 for a screw in a tyre. It should of been more like £200 and then return the remainder after fitting the new tyre.
The lady at the desk seamed to take great pleasure in telling me no we have to take the whole £1500, you should of taken our excess cover out.
All in all a very poor experience, I would strongly recommend using a different provider for your hire cars.

Absolute shower of s**t!

They mislead me then charged me without authorisation. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CARD DETAILS THEY WILL TAKE PAYMENTS WEATHER YOU AUTHORISE IT OR NOT!

They have been reported to the authorities and hopefully soon enough they will be closed down!!
