Amazing experience with the team at enterprise. A really friendly team with great customer service. They were very thorough when running through all the policy and features of the car. We added another driver to our booking which was made really easy and they even did it for the 2 days out of the 8 days as requested. Would definitely recommend and book with them again.

Lisa was very pleasant, understanding, well mannered and thoughtful of concerns people may have while hiring a car.
It came in good time, it was immaculate, well looked after with no mechanical faults, had a full tank and was a dream to drive! In addition I've started hiring cars a lot for work and the customer service has been just as pleasant and thoughtful.

Says 40 a day for transit van size, ud expect 280 for a wk, infact ud expect a bit of a reduction for taking it for a wk but no they say 20 deposit and 317 for the wk I put phone down ask my partner wot she finks, she says, go for it,, I ring bak 10min later and they tell me its going to be 367 and 200 deposit! I ask how and why has this changed in 10min? They tell me, it goes on urgency, now more people want to hire it! Wot n absolute joke of a place!

Great experience with my rental for an insurance repair. Staff kept my upto date and friendly and courteous. Also rang back when they said they were going to with an update which is always a good sign!
