Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Thornton Heath

Thank you to the courteous staff, especially the young woman on reception and who booked the hire car back in, who very cheerfully and tolerantly waited while we helped our late-running family members unload their maximumly packed hire car into ours (and an Uber) just after the official closing time of 6pm (the unload and repack must have taken 30-40mins, easily). Such service is greatly appreciated!

Had the best rental experience with Enterprise. I normally use Sixt but i got the best price at Enterprise with fantastic staff - polite, friendly and very professional. The whole process was easy-going and the staff member took his time to show us the car and all it's features. I hired the Mitsubishi Outlander which was an upgrade from what we initially booked. What a great car - so smooth and a very comfortable drive for the kids. They had so much room at the back! Thank you again, I felt valued as a customer. I will definitely be back!

If you are a motability customer and need a replacement car while yours in in for repairs avoid the Thornton Heath branch at all costs , they will let you down and treat you with contempt . Absolute waste of space . They are more than happy to leave you stranded . Your not worth one star .

last weekend was the second time I've used the service in a fortnight and I have to say that all the staff are really professional. The cars I rented were clean and smooth to drive. The whole experience was top draw and the manager Mitchell and David made the checking out and in with the cars hassle free. I'll be back again!
