Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Preston

Hired an SUV between 11-15 of July. Overall was satisfied with the car, price and service provided by the staff. rental pick-up and return was very smooth and staff was very kind. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Quick turnaround times. Very helpful. The cars could do with a but more thorough clean.

Awful service..Rude and arrogant staff. Car was due to be supplied after someone crashed into my vehicle. Vehicle wasn't available for reasons of incompetence and failure to communicate with repair centre.
No vehicle available for over a week.

Complaint already logged as experience was so awful.

Used enterprise car rental through my employer and it was a smooth service despite me leaving the booking last minute. The staff were really friendly- I think it was Mina who I dealt with and she made sure to explain everything thoroughly even whilst attending to multiple customers on her own. Would use again 👍

Rented my first rental from this company and even got a free upgrade. Amazing team at the Preston aqueduct street branch. I have continued to rent since then on a weekly basis. Appallingly inflexible. Be warned. Despite happily renting from them previously under identical circumstances despite my perfect DVLA code, having paid a month earlier and having valid ID and an email address they failed to contact me in advance. They refused to rent a car to me because I live abroad. They insisted I supplied a credit card for a £200 deposit. They left me with no car on Christmas Eve, no time to rent elsewhere and had the cheek to say that my rental fee won’t be returned for another 8-10 days! This inflexibility is a great example of poor customer service. I have been renting cars as an expat for ten years and never had a problem until now.
