Drivalia Car Hire Ilford (East London)

They gave me a car with a little over half a fuel tank and told me to return it with the same level of fuel. I did exactly that and a week later I received an email saying they had to charge me £15.90 extra for fuel. Either they are incompetent and don't know what level of fuel their cars have when they rent them out or they just scam people. Either way they did not reply to my complaint.

Do not use this company, it's terrible.

SCAMMERS, DO NOT USE!!!

Currently trying to charge close to £500 for a scuffed door with no photos attached and when contacted refused to provide itemised invoice that could evidence how fixing a scuff could cost that much.

This was Ilford branch. No damage when we returned the vehicle but you just drop it off in a carpark so no guarantees what happens to it after that.

Taking consumers for a ride, will be pursuing via Ombudsman and Small Claims Court but any suggestions appreciated.

Not recommended.

Since returning the vehicle over a week ago, they have told us that the door handle is damaged and they want to charge us over £400 surcharge.

No evidence provided, no invoice to show how they have come to estimate those costs.

A very good experience. Sanj and Yordan were extremely helpful in arranging a changeover vehicle through Easirent Heathrow. I must also complement Kam, the LHR Manager. Their level of Customer Service was extremely high and I appreciate dealing with a company where this is a core attribute. :)

SCAM!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Their cars are absolutely filthy and not looked after. They do not valet the cars inbetween rentals.
They charged me over £200 for a replacement tyre which was absolutely not true. When I picked up the car it had extremely low tyre pressure and if anything I fixed that problem.
Their customer service is appalling, it is impossible to get through to anyone. Do not be conned my these people.

Additionally, they will reply with contact us through "manage my booking" I CAN CONFIRM I HAVE TRIED THIS AVENUE AND THEY ARE UNRESPONSIVE!

I got great pre-pick up service from Sanj. Called me twice and made sure I didn’t have to spend time uploading docs as I had hired from another branch the previous week. Highly Recommended.

Single female left in dark alleyway for over 2 hours! I booked a car rental and arrived at 9pm but when I rang the bell there with no answer! This place is dangerous!!! They are unprofessional. I wasted over £30 on uber for no reason. There collection point inside the dark alleyway had flickering lights, the alleyway smelled like urine, and had sketchy people hanging around in the back of the alleyway yet the email from them advised me to wait?!?! I do NOT recommend ANYONE let alone a single female to use them! Such a poor business and they clearly do not care for the safetly of their guests. They said they are open 247 yet throughout the 2 hours of me calling them, no one even bothered to answer.

Used Easirent for the first time I Had a great service gave a free upgrade car.
The Car was bit dirty on take over I just vacuumed it all good to go.
