Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. No hassle with returning the car as well.
I needed to rent a car last minute and went to all different rental companies only to have no luck till I came here. They worked very hard to find me a car from different branches and when they had no luck doing this, they gave me their managers company car to rent. They also didn't charge me a premium for the car they provided. I was happy with a smaller manual car but they gave me an automatic premium car at no extra cost. Truly went above and beyond to help me out. Special mention to Qadeer, Agash and Kunj and the Manager who let me borrow his car. Thanks a lot again.

Every experience I have ever had with enterprise is awful ! BMW arranged for enterprise to reach out to me to provide me with a courtesy car whilst mine was in due to a breakdown. I was promised a courtesy car that evening by enterprise, nobody called that evening. I Chased them from 8am for a courtesy car, they advised they didn’t have any automatic vehicles available in the morning and would provide me with one in the afternoon. I received no further update from them until i Called at 3:30pm chasing, they advised they were still sourcing a car a near almost 20 hours after enterprise where due to provide me with a courtesy car. I receive a call advising a vehicle is available about would I be okay to come in and collect it at 16:30pm. I advised I was at work, and someone would need to arrange transport. They kindly managed to coordinate for the vehicle to be dropped off, almost an hour later after I called chasing after I told enterprise, I had to leave by 17:00pm. Eventually the driver shows up at 18:00pm and hands me a vehicle with a smashed windscreen, missing door handles, he then proceeds to tell me pets aren’t allowed in the car, that’s fine I guess my dog will take himself to doggy day care whilst I’m at work. I was told on the phone I would get a like for like for my vehicle! When I called to advise I was unhappy the office was shut! I was able to get through to out of hours to advise I was unhappy with the vehicle especially the smashed windscreen! They advised me they could do nothing, and the branch would be in touch. So not only did I wait almost 24 hours for a courtesy car, but I was also given an unsafe vehicle to drive! I called BMW the following Monday morning to advise how unhappy I was with the service I received from Enterprise, the advisor at BMW advised me someone from Enterprise would give me a call within 30 mins to arrange for a vehicle transfer/ swap. Did I get a call? Yes 2 hours later, i unfortunately missed it as I was at work called during my lunch break nobody was available to speak to me, nobody ever bothered to return my call. I spoke to BMW and advised them I was travelling Thurs- Monday and would I be okay to leave the courtesy car at home whilst I travelled. My vehicle was repaired by Thursday PM BMW called me to advise that enterprise wanted to charge me for the extended Car Hire! The advisor at BMW logged this with Enterprise head office which we are still waiting to hear back from Enterprise. So not only did they provide me with an unsafe vehicle, when I attempted to arrange for a transfer, they never bothered to call me back, but are keen to charge me extended hire. Not sure how they have 4-star reviews when every experience I have had with them has been awful. I would like to say this was a one off, but I have family members who equally have had awful experiences. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Absolutely shocking customer service. Lack of any communication in providing a vehicle, either completely incompetent or stating they have more cars than available.

I was told a car would be available the next day at 3:30pm and they would be able to drop off the vehicle at my home address.

I called the next day at 3:36pm asking whether a car was going to be dropped off. They stated that they didn't do exact time and the delivery window was between 3:30pm to 5:00pm. The male on the phone confirmed that the car would still be delivered within this window.

It is now 6:11pm, having been on hold with them for an hour and 11 minutes. No status update, no information, no car!

Not really sure why it is so difficult to provide customers with some information on their booking and when the car will be with them... Considering that is literally why Enterprise Car exists.

I will be forever be requesting that Enterprise never be used again for car rentals, because this has been an absolute joke.

Update - almost 24 hours later. “Upgraded” vehicle arrived at 8:20pm. 30 minutes later than he communicated and 5 hours later than originally communicated. Car is delivered in pitch black, unable to inspect the vehicle.

The morning later when I go to take photos, to ensure the vehicle is in acceptable condition and notice the car has a flat tyre! Clearly a sslow puncture that has gotten worse since Agash Selvakkumar, “assistant manager” was racing it around for 40 minutes, prior to dropping it off. Funny considering I’m 10 minutes away from the branch.

After calling, Agash Selvakkumar told me to call kwik fit promising they would have the tyre in stock, unsurprisingly no one has any 21” tyres in stock and then pushes me to call national tyres. After me running around for Agash, I give up and call stating there’s no tyres. He says he’ll go away and provide an update in an hours time. Two hours later no update, so we call after being on hold for 30 minutes. Then continues to state that he’ll provide an update by the close of play.

It is now 17:08, Enterprise Watford has now closed and the vehicle is still here undriveable with a flat tyre.

No method of communicating to Agash Selvakkumar now, he clearly lacks basic managerial skills and is incapable of managing basic customer communications and expectations, let alone a car rental branch. I would question who hired this man and gave him a promotion.

The twitter social media manager Chris M was also quick enough to blame the insurance company. Followed by Akil on the switchboard who never returned the call.

Update 2 - 27 hours after when the initial car was meant to be drop off. Received a replacement car at 6:30pm, they took away an upgraded Range Rover Velar and replaced it with a BMW 318i. Fingers crossed no problems. Unfortunately it's not much of a "free upgrade" anymore, but at least it does the bear minimum of Enterprises value proposition.

Still awaiting a call from "upper management", which takes 5-7 days according to twitter. Absolute debacle.

Really impressed with the service at this branch, particularly from Qadeer, at no point did I feel pressured and knew that I was getting the most suitable vehicle for my needs. He was also very knowledgable about a variety of different vehicles whilst remaining professional but friendly at all times. I will be back!

Absolutely great service. Smooth no hassle. Hired a 9 seater. Great vehicle Ben (assistant manager) took care of everything. I would highly recommend!

First time using this company following my dad passing and needing to clear his flat. I was really impressed with the service received. Darren and a few of the other young men who work on the front desk were really helpful in guiding me on the right size van. They offered flexibility in changing my reservation to a slightly smaller vehicle that I felt more comfortable driving but that would accommodate my needs at short notice. They also offered reassurance sensing my anxiety and offered a few useful tips for driving. Nothing was too much and an all-round friendly and professional service. Thank you to all who assisted me at Enterprise making what was a stressful time more manageable.

Honest if there was a mines 1 star option I would’ve given it to enterprise Watford. I am truly unhappy with the service I had with enterprise. As BMW advised me to my courtesy car from enterprise, I waited four days to get a car, also they did not bother looking for a car for me, I had to travel four days to work using a cab taking money out of my pocket, plus I had to chase them everyday to find a car for me. Eventually when I had my car after four days I had to leave early from work to get it as they did not want to drop it off to my work place. After my car in bmw got fixed, bmw advisor told me that he will contact enterprise to collect the car from my home, so I did not have to worry about that. However, four days later no one picked up the car I called in bmw to let them know that the car is still parked up and no one has collect the car. The following day which was the 23rd December, they called several times asking to pick up the car, I told them I am not home at the moment and I finish work at 6 o’clock after work I’ll be heading away to spend Christmas with my family, so I kindly asked them if they could pick up the car on Monday morning as I’ll be away for the weekend, however they threaten me that they will charge me if I don’t drop it off, I said I am sorry but it’s Christmas period, you can stress someone out in these festival moment. The following Monday morning, enterprise from slough came to collect the car, and I told them what happened and how the Watford branch dealt with it, they said don’t worry they will not charge you anything. However, they still charged me £189, and said sorry we can’t do anything about it. Not only they charged me extra fee, plus it took them four days to find a car for me, and I had to struggle going to work. Honestly, one of the worse service I’ve ever experienced, and I would not recommend it, even if bmw had to advise me to use enterprise I would reject the offer straight on the point.
