Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hatfield

I am sorry to leave 2 stars, due to the nice guy working there, but we booked a car and they notify us the day before (at 18:30) that we won´t be able to have it.
That is the worst service on a rental car, where the most important part is to be able to provide the booked car.
They tried to call us before that morning (still too late) and they tried to find another car in the morning, and for that I put another star there, but if I need to book a car, I won´t use this branch ever again.
If the car is available when we book it, it should be there. There is no excuse for this.

They completely failed us the last 2 times.
The first time, booked and paid the day before. Went to collect the van at chosen time, only to be told they don't have anything available. I had to reschedule everything.
Second time, we booked in the morning but changed of plan so canceled in the morning. But they charged £40 for cancellation. Even though when you pay it says "cancel anytime". Customer service say the "cancel anytime" is only for when you pay at collection, not prepay. Apparently you have to go to another section to find out about that. Very misleading.
Customer service is at its worst. Will never come to them again.

Adil and his team are always very helpful, knowledgeable and reliable. Very happy with the service.

I have had the best experience with Raz who looked after me from the very beginning. My Audi broke down and he literally pulled out all the stops to make sure I was a vehicle that suited my requirements. I cannot fault him at all and would recommend him and his team to anyone!!

The guys there are an absolute legend I was 10 mins late on returning and the guy waited for me it's brilliant service will be definitely hiring from again

Had a fantastic experience with enterprise in Hatfield, whilst my car was in for repairs. I was pleasantly surprised, normally I hire cars from Avis in Euston. The service at enterprise exceeded this by far. From taking my booking, preparing the car, to calls ensuring all was going well, I am very pleased with the service I received- and the vehicle was very nice too. Absolutely A+++ services. Especially the very lovely lady Sirah, she is super friendly, and very professional. I just could not recommend her more, she even gave me a lift home after I returned the vehicle. She is a star, and a very pretty one.
