We only dropped our rental car off here, but had no problems. Not sure what pickup is like. Didn't have too much problem finding the place. The clue seems to be using Sofitel as the destination in Google maps. The car return is in the underground car park. Drive past the front of the hotel and there's a ramp down, then just follow the signs.

I used Waze to get me here and twice I went through some car park nearby and was charged. I then switched to Google Maps navigation and somehow managed to find my way here, after 90 min of driving around.
The driving of the shuttlebus told me you have to search for Sofitel hotel oterwise satnav won't direct you properly.
Nothing much in the Sixt network works properly, so I would avoid at all costs.

It's easier to find Waldo after shotgunning five beers then finding this place.

Sonia was wonderful. She was able to get us in and out fast. She also gave us ideas on what to do in London to see the holiday lights. Great service great personality.

Took a long time to get to when arrived and tricky location to navigate from. Check in staff very good. Return difficult and no help getting out of hotel via an uber. Was thinking of rebooking but will go with other rentals I have used in the past.

Very bad service. The employees at the car return barely speak English. There are no shuttles to terminal 4 I had to wait 40 minutes for a taxi to take us to the terminal and we almost missed our flight. And that's why the suitcases didn't arrive at their destination until the next day. There is no courteous service when picking up the car either, and they are constantly trying to charge you more and more

No one to help return the car to except an unfriendly guy washing a car. No inspection of car to confirm no damage, so would not be surprised to be charged for something. The car when collected stunk of air freshener that wore off to reveal cigarette smell that was very strong. I know a London cabbie who sprayed the car to cover the smell.
