First time hiring a car from these guys for a long trip over 3 days, lovely new ford SUV car, which was very clean and better than the one I had booked. Found the staff who helped me were great and very accommodating when I said I was running late. Would definitely recommend, will hire again! 5*

Excellent service, Andy was really helpful, I got upgraded to an enormous Kia Sportage GDI which I *loved* driving. I drive a lot for business and normally use Enterprise - I'm going to ditch them for Hertz Guildford. Thank you very much 👌👌

I love the location of this restaurant. It overlooks the river and the Cathedral. It is great for “people watching”. The food is fantastic and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The menu is always attractive. There is a lovely ambience.

Always have the best price, easy pickup process, and recently I had to change a reservation at late notice, the day before. This was very easy to do online, and I even got some money back as we needed it for one day fewer than before. Would recommend!

Tried to get a courtesy car through an insurance someone rammed into the side of me and they wouldn’t provide me with a courtesy car because of where I lived and turns out they have a blanket band on mobile own parks caravan parks which in my opinion is extremely racist and should not be allowed in the world we live in today extremely disappointed
