Very great company, with great people working.
I was struggling for one week payment, they was very flexible and let us pay when I was able too. The cars are excellent and mainly the workers are great and fair, I enjoyed renting a car from Simba cars and I recommend for every PCO drivers to rent a car from Simba cars.

5 stars simply doesn’t do justice for Simba cars, amazing service and professionalism. Always available to deal with any issues in a fast and effective manner. I have been renting for over 6 months and only have good things to say. Highly recommended

I have been hiring cars from various rental agencies over the last 10 years and without a doubt Simba Cars is one of the best in the market. The customer service is exceptional, they go out of their way to support you to ensure you are on the road as quickly and safely as possible. The vehicles are clean and well maintained. Be aware we hired a car for 28 days zero off road driving the plastic hubcap came off in pur view could never have been fitted properly as there wasn't any damage... we had full insurance and they charged us $350 for a sub $50 part ..... and said we had to claim on insurance that we took our with them.... what a joke so off to NSW Fair Trading.... oh yes and a $45 charge for excessive sand - yea sure just a way of making extra money they said nothing on the return....

Simply WOW ! These guys are fair and amazing compared to a lot of other companies I've worked with. I can guarantee that you as a driver will not be scammed out of money.
I can only recommend them for new and seasoned badge holders as their prices are fair and you get a nice clean and good car 🤘 especially the CC compliant ones. Great guys!!

Wow, I have worked so many companies over the past 6 years but Simba cars are exceptionally different. It’s a medium family oriented business with friendly atmosphere. My first day at Simba cars was good, I was welcomed very nicely, I had a fairly nice car to drive alway. The weekly payment plan suited my needs. The guys at the office were good and prompt on my request. It was to good to believe but my brother who introduced me to Simba cars also share similar experience. The cars were looked after, 24 hour line in case of emergency. I have worked with Addison Lee but my experience in Simba cars was next to non.
It’s a shame that I have to take the next challenge of my life that I have leave Simba cars but they will be the first to contact on my way back to the private hire business. Thank you all at Simba cars. I will send you guys a proper appreciation card . Love all . John

I have been renting a Kia Niro since the last lockdown and have to say the guys at Simba were fantastic and very understanding during difficult times, they were always very obliging and willing to help. The car was of excellent standard and Simba were first class in keeping car maintained. I couldn’t recommend enough to anyone looking to rent a nice PCO licensed car, try Simba they are gentlemen and a first class company.
