Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Rugby

I can't recommend these guys enough. Seriously.

My parents are visiting me from Israel, and they rented a car with Enterprise for their time here. The team was really welcoming when we arrived to collect the car, and they were very patient with explaining to us everything we needed to know in the nicest way.

Shortly after leaving the place, we ran over a piece of metal and got a flat tire. We got cold feet about driving in a foreign country, on the other side of the road.

The Enterprise folks were super helpful and understanding. Bogdan and his team stayed two hours after the closing time to make sure we don't have to worry about this over the upcoming long weekend. They were proactive in finding solutions for us, and showed extra understanding given my parents' basic English, and the stressful situation we were in.

Highly highly recommended.

Great service from the team at Rugby. Our house move was unexpectedly postponed at the last minute and the guys at this branch went above and beyond to make sure I was refunded for my booking. Special thanks to Prem and Frazer for making a difficult day a little easier. Will definitely be booking again soon

Been struggling for more than half an hour to get in touch with the customer service via contact number. Calls kept disconnecting constantly. After the miracle happened to arrange a pick up hour, car, price.. when we went to the branch they told us they DON’T HAVE ANY CARS. I needed to be somewhere today and they totally messed up my plans!!!! Terrible company!!!
