Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Tamworth

I couldn't fault these guys at all! They were simply amazing across several weeks I had one of their hire cars which had been arranged by Nissan. Very friendly and approachable staff who were extremely helpful and accomodating to my needs. This is how customer service should be done. Well done and thank you!

Wanted a nice luxury car as I had the job of dropping my daughter and friends to their prom night. Selected a C class mercedes with manual gearbox, very easy and straight forward to do online in advance. Turned up at the showroom on the day to find a Volvo automatic... So nothing like what I'd asked for. Was told that's the closest match to what I'd ordered??
Nothing against the car, it was spotless and beautiful to drive. And the team were very helpful and offered me 10% off my next rental... I just think it would be much better for them to confirm what car you're actually getting before you turn up at the showroom and avoid any disappointment

Booked a premium vehicle with enterprise 2 and half weeks in advance through the insurance as my car required work only to be told on the day a premium vehicle wasn't available to which I was downgraded. I was told I'd be upgraded to a premium the next day however a few days past and the vehicle was not swapped over. Disappointed as I should have been informed prior to the drop off date a vehicle wasn't available as i would have re arranged. Vehicle provided was in bad condition missing paint off the wing, fingerprints all over the glass and scratches all over.

Rented a van from them for a house move, extremely helpful, excellent service.

Excellent service, very friendly staff in person and over phone. We rang up to say we were going to be late and the staff stayed behind for 10 minutes until we arrived.clean vehicle and in good condition.

Never use this place, rude, incompetent staff who need re-training. Don't know what has gone wrong as we have used them for work and personal use for many years. They managed to spoil a long awaited family reunion...thanks a lot enterprise.
