Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Stafford

Once again a real pleasure to deal with the team at Enterprise Stafford. I have rented vans from them a number of times over the last 10 yrs. I have never been disappointed and yesterday 5/5/22 was no exception. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. All details of the hire contract are discussed simply and guidance given to get you on your way. The quality & cleanliness of the vehicle is always top notch. All the staff I have ever dealt with are a credit to the company, a great team

I can't believe that enterprise nationwide not just Stafford check the cars with a fine tooth comb for any scratches however don't check the general condition of the vehicle I broke down on the M6 heading north in my own car was sourced a hire vehicle through breakdown at first I thought excellent staff were friendly and polite however the car it's self was unbelievable I can't believe knowing I was going a considerable distance home tired and already stressed to then be given a car with badly worn brake discs had the AA come out and they were shocked the car was out for hire and the guy who picked me up from Stafford services wasn't apparently aware of the brake issue

Excellent service from all involved via AA membership to access a hire car. All staff encountered were helpful, attentive and enthusiastic.

Van hire on a subsequent occasion, to help my daughter move house, was equally as successful. The van absolutely did the job, was easy to drive and the process was smooth, good value for money & efficient. It's great to see a team of enthusiastic young people doing such an excellent job. Thank you.

I recently had a courtesy car provided for me by the guys at Enterprise Stafford. They didn't have like for like for me when I needed it, but they sorted something out rapid quick. When They had something in that matched my personal vehicle they were happy to swap.

Thoroughly reccomend their services, both James & Reece were very approachable, friendly and professional.

My experience with the branches at Stafford and Wolverhampton was very good from the first pick up to vehicle return. Special mention to Yussef (sorry, I'm guessing with the spelling) and Jack at the Wolverhampton branch, who couldn't have been more helpful to me on a very stressful day. Thank you so much x

Staff really nice and helpful, just watch for additional charges.

Amended review as, after a month, they decided to charge me an extra amount per month because cars "are popular" at the moment. Great business strategy guys way to keep existing customers I hope your high ups tread on a lego.

I cannot praise enterprise stafford enough. I had a terrible experience with my own car and enterprise couldn't do enough for me. The staff were very professional yet kind and friendly. They gave me a beautiful clean car, 3/4 full of diesel and sent me on my way to trouble free motoring. This was over the Christmas period. I can honestly say a big thank you guys. You saved my Christmas. You well and truly deserve these 5 stars !!!
