Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Taunton

I'll start by saying not the cheapest van hire! Add in the extra cover to reduce the £1000 excess incase of an accident and it is in the top end of pricing. For that price the van is very new, very clean and everything works perfectly. A reversing camera would be useful though. Paperwork is all done electronically and very simple. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Cannot recommend this service enough. Highly appreciate the service after wife's car was off the road due to non fault accident, staff went above & beyond to help.

Sadly would not use enterprise anywhere again after recent experience. Hired a van for 24hours to move house and on return the branch found a dent above head height that i did not notice when collecting and certainly did not cause myself. Reluctantly I agreed to pay the excess of £1750 and was assured i would not have to pay for loss of use, just the repairs. Sure enough when receiving the refund of the difference from repairs there was a charge for loss of use. I tried to chase this up but was ignored. Lost all faith in enterprise. Advice to potential customers, video the van in full and do not trust the staff.

I was helped by Dom at Enterprise in Taunton and I couldn't have asked for better service. He gave me complete ease of mind, as I had to change my reservation day and a few other bits. Enterprise allowed me to collect my dogs and their large crates from Heathrow. I hadn't seen my dogs for over a year because of Covid, so it was a very emotional experience for me. I cleaned all the hair out the car myself using my special vacuum cleaner, which I didn't mind doing before returning, as they don't normally allow dogs in their vehicles. Enterprise, particularly Dom, really went out of his way to accommodate my needs as best as he could. Thank you so much for everything and for allowing me to be rejoined with my family. I couldn't have done it without you.

Booked a Transit online and picked up from the Taunton branch. I was phoned a couple of days before to go through my details so the time spent collecting the van would be minimal. Rich (I think his name was) was brilliant on picking the van up and dropping it off and explained everything clearly and was on my way in a few mins. Very much hassle free and will definitely use Taunton Enterprise again for my upcoming house move.

The guys here will definitely look after you or any family members.. they took such time, care and attention to dealing with my dilemma. Such a refreshing change to see a group of people working together to keep their customers happy, despite the problem I had was actually with a different branch in a different county. Can not recommended them high enough. Absolutely 2nd to none when it comes to customer service and care. Thanks guys. What a pleasure it was to deal with you all. 🤩

Fantastic experience from the start to the end. Simple and easy online reservation, quick pick-up and great orientation by Josh (from Taunton), and to finish it off, superb experience while returning the van as it was very quick and done by really friendly and supporting Dominic (from Taunton). The van was almost brand new and very clean.
If/when in need, definitely going back.... Happy customer...

Amazingly great staff, we couldn't find a taxi to the station after dropping off the car so they dropped us to the station. Where I'm from that kind of service is hard to come by! Really appreciate their efforts.
One thing tho we had booked for a 6 seater and kept trying to get it yet couldn't, made things a little difficult for our time in the area but they were ready to help us with that.
