Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Hemel Hempstead

I must say I couldn’t have asked for a smoother process dealing with Angel at the Hemel Hempstead branch. After an absolutely horrible experience of my vehicle being damaged by a local garage, their insurer’s finally rented me a vehicle, I had been put through months of hell, and I must say Angel and her manager went above and beyond for me and were so sensitive, professional and accommodating to the situation I had been put through.
I was made to feel so comfortable and had no worries or issues driving away in a vehicle that wasn’t mine.
On returning the car after almost 2 months the process was simple with zero stress!
Honesty if you are looking to hire a vehicle for whatever reason, look no further than the Hemel Hempstead branch. The team here are a credit to the company!

I have used this Enterprise on a monthly basis for work for about a year and they manage to mess something up every time. I have had the car dropped off on the wrong road on several occasions, parked illegally to the point where they got a parking ticket in one instance, and parked in someone elses drive way on another occasion, also received car that smelt like smoke. They lack basic communication when dropping off the car.

You would think as a regular they would get the service correct. They will then call me half way through the working day during the rental period asking when they can pick the car up despite it saying on my account how long I need the car for. They may be ok for a one off service but if you want to use them as a regular service for business I would recommend against it. Not worth the hassle. Go elsewhere.

Easy to book your car online. On the day of picking up the car the staff were friendly and professional. On returning the car was met with the same brilliant service. No fuss. Car was great to drive at a great price. No hidden charges. Enterprise Hemel Hempstead is the place to order a hire car. Will not be going anywhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Car hire is fine but you have to access through NCP car parks and if you use their services they are supposed to clear your drop off vehicle of the NCP charge.
They cannot be bothered to do this!
After my hire in July i now have a final stage £170 Debt Collection issue as despite the manager Al-Badry insisting in August, then October it was being taken care of, absolutely nothing was done. DO NOT TRUST A WORD HE SAYS.
Now escalated to their head office and it is finally being dealt with.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. UNTRUSTWORTHY.

Finally a confirmed cancellation of debt collectors from NCP after having to email a number of people at Enterprise.

I received a single line email back with not an apology in sight, they could not give a flying **** about wasting my time and the anxiety of the escalating situation against me personally.

The lack of care for their customers, let alone the very real incompetence displayed by the Hemel Hempstead staff in letting the situation get to this in the first place, is astonishing. After three opportunities to do the right thing, by simply doing their job, they have shown the contempt they hold their customers in each time.

Polite team, ordered online and collected the next day. The vehicle was clean and tidy, and I was given a full verbal guide to the vehicle and features.

I recently hired a car for the weekend from Enterprise in Hemel Hempstead. I am beyond pleased with the service I received, they really did go above and beyond to ensure I had a safe trip and made the most of my weekend. I was looked after by Angel who provided 10/10 for customer service. I even hurt my back resulting in me not being able to drive the car and she really looked after me ensuring it was returned with no stress to me. I cannot recommend this team highly enough, especially Angel who I will personally ask for next time. I will be back in a few weeks as I have another outing and will need wheels again.
