Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Yeovil

Rented a Luton van with tail lift and it was great. Seemed like a brand new vehicle, clean and well kept. No marks on it, not even when I took it back. The staff here were friendly and efficient. Will use again.

Avoid at all costs. The lady in reception is absolutely disgustingly rude & cars have broke down often & it's upto you to get them recovered & sent back not helpful at all. Honestly whoever owns this company goodluck keeping it going because the lady you have in reception is putting you out of business. The way she treats customers is awful. She hangs up on you on the phone, shouts, rolls her eyes when you walk in & asks others to deal with "those", charged us for fuel in the car we couldn't fill up as it had broken down.

Insurance arranged for me to pick up a car from here after someone bashed into mine.Car was okay actually but couldn't believe it when someone crashed straight into me at 35mph and wrote the hire car off.
I had several witnesses give me there number and the bloke admitted full liability.
Rang enterprise up and they asked me to drive it back ,which they admitted if they knew how bad it was, they would never of asked me too.(obviously don't listen)
The Insurance company were sorting it all out because I got another hire car and now months later I get a letter saying they are taking £550 from my account.
I was not at fault, why are you trying to take money from me?

My experience with Enterprise at Yeovil was very positive. It began on Tuesday this week when I was picked up from my home near Chard and taken to their premises where Chloe booked me in, took my details and then introduced me to my courtesy car. She was very helpful and informative about the car and its controls and she had a good approach to what she was doing. The car was fine and I returned it on Friday. My next experience was being driven back to my home by John who I found to be friendly and conversational and we shared some amusing chat about different aspects of our lives, which made the journey an agreeable experience. So for me, I will give both my contacts 10 out of 10!

Very Very bad experience . Payed for a 7 seater 3 days ago and checked in online in the morning and went to hire the car at around 15.00 and the staff their apologising for not having the seven seater available. How does that make sense. Why was the vehicle put available on online and they don't have it to rent. Very much upsetting 😡 .

Waited over an hour to have two cars dropped off. One arrived but the other needed maintenance done. No help from staff, only stating it is on the way. No access to rental site via telephone but put through to call centre so needed to go in person to find out what is taking extra time. Terrible service - Yeovil site
