Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Ilkeston

I have used the service twice now. I think they are doing exceptionally well. Cars are very nice and gives you a very smooth journey.
Last time, even though Phil had a hard time arranging the car of my choice on a short notice but he did an absolutely amazing job with an upgrade with almost the same price tag.
On my return I was handled by Mr. Slaney who is working as an intern but I was amazed by his passion, confidence and humbleness. I am quite sure he will excel further in the field.
Overall, it has been a very nice experience, although I must recommend them to cut down on their (exit fees) when the pickup and drop-off locations are different (London and Nottingham) for example.
Otherwise, bravo guys!

Person who dropped it off and person who took me home was great. The rest was much worse than when last used. Cat arrived nearly empty after it had been delivered to the wrong address. Not had money back for the extra fuel you have acquired off me.

Hired a ex large van for a house move. Booked and paid for online, paid a security deposit on collection. Friendly staff. Deposit was returned within 48 hours of returning the van. Great experience, would recommend
