Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Nottingham City Centre

Hired a vivaro for the weekend at The Nottingham Branch, Dale side road, Delt with Matthew (Matt) Cracking guy, very helpful, very professional manner, couldn’t do enough for me, Very informative & very thorough. The price was really good too. I would definitely recommend & hire another vehicle from him.

If you can actually get someone to speak to you did better than I did . Left on hold for 25 minutes when I finally got through , was told the branch manager would call me back , they didn't . They make promises they don't keep , don't fulfil commitments , poor communication . No idea what customer service looks like or what it is . I would totally never use this company again .

Hired a van on delivery and collection basis they called before delivery to say couldn't deliver then upon collection I called to confirm only to be told they can't collect and store would close at 5pm when I'm at an appointment so panicked and had to leave my appointment half way through

Absolutely appalling customer service. Impossible to reach on the phone and do not return calls. They have given me a car with a faulty alarm, so my neighbours and I have to listen to a car alarm going off randomly all night. Fantastic.

Trash customer service. Made a reservation for an automatic transmission vehicle and was told the day of that they don’t have any available. Which was of no help since I can’t drive a manual. Why allow a reservation for a vehicle that they can’t actually rent? Deceptive to say the least. Total waste of time and zero help.

Last few experiences of hiring vans from this depot have been very poor. Staff nice. Enough but appears to be going down hill.
