Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Norwich

Truly excellent experience, five stars from start to finish. Customer service went above expectations, professional, helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a brand new Jaguar XE r-sport with just over 400 miles on the odometer, hired for a long weekend and really didn't want to return it by the end (I would highly recommend). Will definitely use them again in the future and wouldn't think twice about recommending them.

NOT RECOMMENDED!! Disgusting treatment by Enterprise. If you google enterprise complaints you will see plenty of other people being ripped off by this company. They issue a cancellation of your booking due to their own internal problems and then make you pay a £40 cancellation fee. Avoid by all means!

Staff were friendly but their rental policy is a joke. Having used so many other rental companies without issue, this one will now be avoided. What a wasted trip.

Popped in here the other day with a van that was rented from Dereham depot, the washers on the van had stopped working after a couple of days, and although the boundary depot was officially closed at the time, a man called Owen was really helpful and got down on the wet car park and fixed the problem so I could continue on safely. Thanks again, Owen, and I wish everyone was as helpful as you.

Overall its smooth seamless experience right from handing over the cars till the return. Cars are well maintained and most of them are new.
