They were fantastic. They picked me up from my house in the car that I would be taking, they were all super friendly (one even asked me if I wanted a coffee when he went for a coffee run). The whole process was quick, and easily understandable with the T&C's of the car. Thank you Enterprise :)

I will look to hire with Enterprise in any future needs of a rental! :D

Arrived at Cardiff Airport Enterprise office a bit weary after 15 hours of travel and we’re kindly greeted by Ryan at the desk. Can’t say enough about how patient and helpful Ryan was as we sorted our rental details. He was efficient, knowledgeable and above all, a really nice person. Probably the best service we’ve ever experienced at a car rental office! Thanks, Ryan... you made the start of our trip really pleasant.

An okay experience. They did not have the car I had reserved, despite booking a month ahead. The entire process from arrival to being handed keys took nearly 90 minutes - no idea why it took this long, this seems excessive to me. The staff were friendly and nice but keep messing up paperwork and in general having to restart our booking process.

The car had a bit of technical issue... gearbox or clutch I think. But I must say that Gareth and Mohammed, who handled the pick up and return for me are outstandingly. Very friendly and very efficient. I will definitely be back.

Amazing customer service, in what could have been a terrible experience. We had booked to collect a car at 12pm, but on the day of collection received a phone call to say that there was an issue with the car, which they were working to resolve. This was a bank holiday and all other enterprise locations were closed and only a couple of staff working at the location. However, they stayed in contact throughout and went above and beyond to ensure all their customers were able to travel that day. We ended up leaving a few hours late, but as a result of the Steve’s amazing service, it didn’t feel like an inconvenience (he even gave us some gifts to apologise!). Overall, if this had been dealt with differently, it would have been a stressful, bad experience. However the team were so brilliant and really helped to get us back to our family for the Christmas break.

Absolutely shocking experience from this company. I hired a budget car and when I arrived to collect it the manager told me he was upgrading me free of charge due to an issue with the budget car I was supposed to be taking. I was given a Nissan Qashqai which was dirty inside and smelt of stale smoke. When I mentioned this I was told this was the only car they had available. Upon return of the car they then told me that they would be retaining my £200 deposit as there was a very small mark on one of the front tyres. I absolutely did not cause this damage and it was already there when I picked the car up. I was told that they would put a budget tyre on the car and refund me the difference from my deposit but weeks and weeks went by and I had absolutely none of my deposit back. Upon calling them they then told me that the tyre cost £70 and an admin charge of £30 was also taken which the manager failed to mention. I will absolutely never use this company ever again and I strongly advise anybody looking to hire a car to use a different company. Very bad customer service and disgraceful management. I think that they used the damaged tyre excuse as a way to get the money back for the free upgrade from a budget car to a Qashqai. However it is there fault they didn’t have any other car to give me at the time of me hiring it. Terrible terrible company.

Be careful!

The car hire I booked was 4pm until 4pm the following day.

Harri explained to me that I had a 30 minute window to return the car.

When I picked up the car 14 minutes early, I asked if it was an issue that I was early.
At no point was it explained to me that the contract had been opened at an earlier time and not 4pm as per the booking.

I went through absolute hell to get the car back before 4:30pm as I did not want to be charged for a second day.

The car was returned at 4:27pm. I was charged for a full day because the contract was opened at 15:46pm. Not 4pm.

Edit: 6 weeks later. Several emails and a phone call with the Manager of the City Centre branch. I had the money returned that I was charged for the second day.
