NEVER SHARE YOUR CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS WITH THEM AS THEY MAY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU FOR NO REASON.

This is the worst company you could hire a vehicle from. All they are looking for is making money by cheating customers and claiming that old damages caused by anyone who might have hired a vehicle from them.

I hired a van for one day. On the day I picked up a van from them, they mentioned that (no damage was reported). I used the van for taking my stuff from a place to another. It was a very short distance and kept the van in my secured parking during night.

When I dropped off the van, a member of their staff kept walking around pretending as he was checking damages.
He knows that there were already some old damages there before I hired that van from them. He ended up by claiming that there is a new a scratch on the top of the rear left tyre of the van. It was really shocking and I felt in a moment that I was going to be cheated. When I asked him to prove that the other scratches (which he said there weren't caused by me) were there before I hired the van in a document/checklist/pictures, he said we do not need to prove that.

They kept the deposit of £200 and attempted to take further £100 and then another £200 so I needed to report that to the bank to stop Enterprise from making further deductions from my bank account.

I went to the police station and explained everything to them. They advised to go back to Enterprise and ask them to itemise the old damages as well as the new damage caused by myself. Again, Enterprise refused to provide me with any checklists.

Swansea Police were really helpful and helped me to take a legal action against Enterprise. They referred my case to the Citizen Advice.

I am %100 certain that the damage was not caused by me. I know that it will be a complicated case in courts but I really have no choice because they refused to prove that I caused the damage.

We recently rented a van from Enterprise in Carmarthen. It was really easy and effortless experience, reserved on the website, picked it up on the day without a hitch. Took it back and the whole process was smooth! A Big thanks to Georgia and the team. Georgia was very friendly and welcoming, taking the time to explain everything and go that extra mile... :)

I was picked up from work driven to the office and given a better car than expected. All after a nightmare with a breakdown of my own car. Your service was perfect. Thank you.

Quick efficient rental, nice car, friendly staff. Only niggle is the fuel policy is like for like. Mine was empty when I picked it up so I was supposed to return it empty... fine if you know exactly how much fuel you're going to use, which of course you don't. So much easier to pick it up full and take it back full. Enterprise, please take note.

Had a Curtesy car hired by my insurance after an accident and the car I was meant to have I didn’t have because they didn’t have it so then I had to wait days without a car till they finally said they’re giving me one which then ended up being in the morning then it wasn’t till mid afternoon then it ended up being at 7pm whilst I was in work which I didn’t want to happen, was given a big car and told I’ll have a smaller car in a couple days which never happened. Time it came to handing it back I couldn’t collect my car but they wouldn’t give me any sort of help to get my car as I had work and told me to “phone in sick” as I don’t have a choice as they will take the car back. I had to miss work to drive the hire car to get my car back wasting my time as the garage couldn’t drop my car off just for one more day when they had more staff but nope enterprise wouldn’t even help me even though I got given the car late as it is. I’ve never hired a car myself but from this experience I never will from them.

We came on a trip to see family and needed to rent a car as we were going to the country side, I was having a issue with my bank card and the whole team really went above and beyond for us to ensure we got our rental! Eventually we figured out my limit was preventing me from paying the entire rental, I came in every few days and made a payment and couldn’t have been more grateful for the entire staff there. They tried their best to make it easy and simple for us!! We really appreciated it and if it wasn’t for them our trip basically would have been ruined!! We are so thankful for all of them and would 10/10 recommend anyone to this enterprise, we came from Canada and it was our first time renting a car, we were so happy and pleased with everything !! We want to thank Ben and the rest of the team for everything !!!!!

Where Not To Hire! Yesterday I booked a hire van online with Enterprise Carmarthen. I booked online and the system instructed me to collect the van at 12 midday the following day and return before 12 the day after (24 hours). The website advised me to fill out all the information online including my debit card details they could hold separately after the vehicle had been returned and I would receive my (Enterprise Ready Pass). This allows you to collect your vehicle without queuing and further paperwork. Just turn up, show your Ready Pass with your drivers license and ID, you get the keys and drive off. 9.30am on the day the phone rings, Its Enterprise Carmarthen, "we don't have a van here for you" "we do have a van you can have at 5pm today" I asked what time do you close "5pm I was told". So this means they were trying to get me to collect a vehicle at the same time they were closing so there would be little chance of finding fault with the vehicle. So I said OK, see you at 5pm. After an hour or more I had not received any email communication as to the new contract. I phoned Enterprise Carmarthen and expressed my concern. I was told "I was just going to phone you, we now have a van you can have its larger than the one you were going to get and its ready to pick up" OK I will be with you at 2.30pm one hour later. I arrived at 2.30pm and the guy was cleaning the inside. He said I have been able to clean the outside you can wait if you like. By this time I was getting a bit fed-up with the whole experience. I said I would take it dirty and waited in the office. He came in and said there was a problem with the vehicle. Water was emptying onto the road from the washer bottle. Do i still want to take the vehicle he asked. I replied its a driving offence not to have water in the washer bottle, he replied I didn't know that! He did fiddle with the hose under the wheel arch which made some difference. I walked around the vehicle to see if I could see any defects and one of the wheel bearing hubs was about to fall off. So I took it off before it fell off and removed the others. They were all loose and could have fallen off at any time. Before giving me the keys the guy produced a tablet and asked me to sign an ever ending list of contractual items and disclaimers. I couldn't read what he was showing me because I didn't have my reading glasses on. I said this should have been on the website so I understood the terms and conditions before paying. I refused to sign the numerous contractual terms as I had not had chance to read them. So I was not allowed to take the vehicle. This experience has cost me £200 today. I will see if I get my money refunded ? This company shouldn't be trading. The inclusive insurance that is on the website is not worth a penny. Remember they have your card details separate to the original payment. Just loosing the Hub Caps could have cost me hundreds of pounds. A tiny dink from a stone could cost you £200 off your card. Remember the van was dirty so difficult to see tiny chips. The whole experience was appalling. Please please think twice before using this company. You are drawn in by cheap rates and "WHAM" you wont know what's hit you. Pay the extra couple of pounds and go somewhere else it really is good advice.
