I would give this company a very wide berth They are a rip off My family clubbed together to get a limo through this company for my daughters 30th birthday The original booking was made in August and the deposit was paid We were to have the limo for 2 hours and we were supposed be having the limo decorated and as we don't drink we were going to be having soft drinks 2 months later when we were expecting the limo for the special birthday The time we were expecting the limo came and went then 30 minutes late and my son in law was trying to contact the company but getting no luck he found a different number and finally spoke to someone only to find out that Regency is an agency for Cassie limos. Cassie had no knowledge of our booking thanks to Regency Thankfully Cassie limo hire were amazing they sent us a limo within 20 minutes of my son in laws phone call. If you want to hire a car go direct to the limo company Regency are denying any responsibility

**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY** Regency are a broker and work with an awful range of private Limousine drivers. Many of which don’t have a website, don’t advertise and can’t be reviewed so they don’t care about providing a decent service. This includes TJ Limousines who are an absolute disgrace.
When you complain to Regency about the shocking partners they work with, they just say “we’re just a broker, nothing to do with us”. Leaving them to take your money and run.
If you want to take your limo hire seriously, find a PROPER Company to work with directly and read the reviews before you book. There are good firms out there, you just have to find them

DO NOT USE!!! Absolute cowboy outfit...sent me pictures of a party bus and led me to believe this was the bus I booked. Later transpired they had booked a completely different bus without advising me of this or sending any pics. It was a bus I totally did not want and had a already been quoted 120 cheaper direct! Would not refund my money and claimed I had not been mis sold. Awful company, avoid at all cost.

DO NOT USE. Regency clearly do not screen the companies they rent out. As they left us with Sparrow App Travel - a scam company.
In summary; We had paid for their services for the entire 3 peaks - Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdonia. They arrived 2 hours late with a disgusting minibus, drove recklessly and then left 12 young adults stranded at the base of Ben Nevis at approximately 1am in freezing cold conditions, with our bags dumped and left soaking wet. This was a challenge that we had raised thousands of pounds for, for charity. All our numbers were blocked, and they made off with our money, for the 3 peaks!
I have researched and found many other horrible stories of families with babies and elderly people left abandoned. Even at weddings and funerals. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAM ARTISTS BUSINESS

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! Awful company, had booked a Limo for a Hen party. Us girls all dressed up waiting for our Limo to arrive 10 minutes pass 20 minutes pass half hour passes so we call to be told the driver is unavailable. They told us we would have to make our own way to our destination 30 miles away! I asked them to sort us alternative transport as we had an escape room booked to which they told me they could get a taxi for £130! THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR IN FULL! Even though they still had £65 of our deposit money! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED.

What a rubbish company made a booking 5 weeks in advance on the day of the booking got a text about 2.30 pm saying the booking was cancelled the booking was for 5.30 pm they said they had a problem with drivers but if i paid another £400htey would honour the booking after a lot phone calls we finally got our deposit back do not have anything to do with this company they are a shambles

PLEASE DO NOT USE! Not even on star, it didn't give me an option of none. I tryed to use this company to book an Aston Martin for my wedding day. Everything seemed ok until less than 24hrs before my wedding the company rang me and said the car had been written off! They provided me with no other option that was suitable. They caused a lot of stress and worry at a time when we should of been looking forward to the following day. It reuined our rehearsal as this was the only thing on our mind, and how we were going to overcome it. We had no car to take us the hour journey after we were married. A year on and this is still a big downer to the day that should of been perfect. Please do not put your trust in this company. To make things worse we had to take legal action just to get our deposit back which obviously cause a lot of aditional stress when we should of been enjoying newly married life! PLEASE DO NOT USE!
