Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Cardiff East

Just had my first experience with enterprise. The guys at the Ipswich road branch are super professional and friendly.

I am going to say dafydd help me today, and his customer service skills were excellent.

He explained exactly what was going to happen and how he could help further.

I tried 4 different van hire companies before enterprise. Two of them never bothered to get back to me and (naming and shaming here) big yellow van company, forgot to process my order ! Lol

Went to enterprise, they smashed it....got back to me and sorted it with 24hrs.

Terrible, absolutely unprofessional service. Reserved a car 2 weeks in advance, they told me when I arrived for it that they don't have it. Didn't even try to call us or reach us any other way - even though I reserved it online, so they had my phone number and e-mail address.

After a while they found a car which could have been suitable for us, but they only wanted to accept a credit card, which we didn't have. It could have been my fault for not reading the fine print, but there were no mention of that anywhere on their website. This is literally in the confirmation e-mail for my reservation:
"All major debit and credit cards, issued by either Visa, Mastercard or American Express, are accepted.

I had a car reservation made several weeks in advance. When I got there, there was a problem with my bank card and I was denied the car that I had already paid for. I still use the bank card to this day, never had any problems anywhere else. Ruined my entire holiday. Would not recommend.

Smooth and fast service. Special thanks to Georgia who has amazing customer service skills. She is very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful.

Unfortunately I booked a car and paid the amount and when I came to pick it up he told me it was rented..! Bad treatment from the employee .. I am on vacation and he told me that it takes a week to recover the amount!! Unfortunately, I do not recommend it

My vehicle was damaged in a non fault accident and enterprise were the accident management company, they were terrible!!! The repair work was shocking and they constantly harassed me to pick up the rental vehicle despite my own van not being ready for collection. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible company.

Helpful, friendly and thorough. Came in to collect a corsa for a couple of days. Was greeted by a welcoming team who gave me a quick but thorough car collection. The car was up to the high enterprise standards and I had a full tank of fuel (which isn’t always given in other branches). On return the team were again very helpful with me returning it a little late. Will happily use this branch again for future hires.

Professional, friendly and helpful service provided my Shannon, Charlie and Molly. Collection and return of hire vehicle went smooth and hassle free. The premises is conveniently local on Ipswich road, with customer parking at the rear. I can't rate my experience highly enough. Will certainly be using them again in the future.
