Excellent Service, always friendly staff, also has car club to do hourly rentals

Very good, van was brand new too.

If I could give zero I would. I have been extraordinarily patient considering they turned up eight hours late to drop off my rental. They ignored my phone calls. The car stank of smoke. They were then three hours late to pick up my rental. But the last straw was he looked over the car without me being present and decided there is a crack in the windscreen. (By His own admission there must’ve been a chip when they gave me the rental) Their attitude is appalling and it shows the total level of immaturity at this branch as even enterprise head office couldn’t get a hold of them.

I have already rented a car 2x times, I had no problem with the car and the service, cars clean and tidy

Cancelled the collection of a prepaid vehicle 1 hour 45 minutes prior - excuse being that Covid has affected their means to provide vehicles to fulfill bookings; don't take the bookings and then ruin weekend plans perhaps??

Fantastic always polite and friendly great staff, always able to help. Good choice of vehicles and vans. We had the largest van with tail lift, outstanding.
