Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Cwmbran

Chris Toby and Dec were fantastic. Excellent service, manners impeccable from all of them. They all made the service fast, simple and easy to understand. I felt my business needs and requirements were met exceptionally by these staff members. The office was clean and well maintained, staff were on hand to help straight away on arrival. Vehicle was clean, reliable and in excellent condition.

They do not answer the phone so had to drive to their place which was a waste of time. Not very helpful even when you turn up in person. You should be able to choose the car you want not the category on their website.

As part of our policy they are down to provide us with a courtesy vehicle, yet after calling them after a text message confirming of the booking, we are informed we won’t get a car, and perhaps call back next week…contacted head office and was given the push off by those also.. very very dissatisfied. There is No way all of the branches don’t have a car.Friday afternoon my wife had been delivered her car, nice focus, but stunk heavily of cigarettes, yet had a covid cleaned label in it, very disappointing display and service, this did not feel like a hire car if felt like a pool car, that subsequently came from Cardiff airport, hence the wait, none of this was traumatising, it’s just very disappointing service, and would not encourage or advise anyone to use, the advert might look good, but in reality, poor, very poor.

Excellent service in store, but impossible to get through to on the phone & organise pick up via insurance.

Totally incompetent wrong car that was needed as a insurance replacement lose paperwork ask for me too go over Friday for signatures off hire car when I needed for work costing me 800 pounds they wanted proof of signatures here it is buy the way hired till 18 KD and anu there's your paperwork clowns

I used Enterprise Cwmbran who were great in helping me after I was involved in a crash and needed their services to get me back on the road while I waited for repairs. The whole process was made very clear to understand. The car was clean and reliable and far nicer than my own! Josh C helped me organise the vehicle return and made it feel like a very understanding and personal service. Would recommend.

Automatic hire car arranged over two weeks ago.
Phoned this morning to arrange pick up time. No automatic car available. Doesn’t anticipate one becoming available today or tomorrow.
I’m disabled, can’t drive a manual and I can’t manage without my car.
Why accept the booking for an automatic if they can’t provide it?
