AVIOD ESPECIALLY IF YOUR FEMALE! Tried to charge me an extortionate rate for very simple fixes, way over quoted the amount of time it would take and I even supplied my own parts, took it to my regular garage who charged me 4th of the price and even included a full service something Inner Link didn’t quote for (unfortunately my regular garage couldn't fit me in at the time otherwise I would of never had bothered with these idiots). Jokes on you really as I grew up in a garage, trained and worked as a mechanic and paint sprayer so luckily knew you were trying to have me over soon as I received the quote. disgustingly misogynistic behaviour.

Update: No, I don't have the wrong garage.

We bought a Volvo V60 from interlink, nothing was too much trouble, they gave us the keys and let us get on with it, the car needed, MOT, service and cam belt these were all done in the price, it was a pleasure doing business with them, highly recommended

My own garage has used Innerlink for MOT testing and when I moved out of Norwich I went direct to them. I booked the car in for the test and was able to sit in the comfort of their own waiting room. It was great to deal with such pleasant people. I returned a few weeks later to have the oil and oil filter replaced on my car and yet again had a good experience. This company is a pleasure to deal with at all levels and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. I shall return as and when I need any further work done on my car. Thank you everyone!

Customer service was top notch. The car my wife bought was cleaned ready to go for us turning up. I know people say there supposed to be cleaned but service was great. Wish i could give more stars. If your needing a car get along to innerlink.

We bought a used car from Inner Link in October ‘21. We were attracted by the car, the price and the great online reviews of the business. We found them always friendly & very helpful and quick to respond to all communications. There was never a hint of “hard sell” and we found the whole process easy & pleasant. Neil even drove around Norwich in search of petrol, to ensure the car had enough for the drive home. From start to finish we cannot fault Inner Link, and would recommend them unreservedly.

As usual, first class service from Craig n crew. Purchased car from them. Took a few days for them to service and MOT it, but well worth waiting for. Will definitely be using Innerink again.
