I purchased my second vehicle through HP Tradings 4 years on, and I can say on both occasions their service was great and both cars exactly as described and what I was looking for. My BMW 3 series is still going perfect like the day I first bought it from them. Really genuinely pleased with how these guys dealt with everything and nothing was ever a bother, friendly service from start to finish. I'm a very fussy person and hard to please but on both occasions HP Tradings came up trumps. There was no pressure sales techniques unlike many other dealers I have come across. I highly recommend if you are looking for a genuine buy - simple as that, call them and you be the judge.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with HP Tradings for a number of years now, and can say their outstanding service and detailed knowledge of BMWs and Minis - and BMW M cars in particular - is second to none. Always polite and professional, Hiten is also a real enthusiast and with a level of technical understanding that is very hard to find. When it came time to source me a very specific M3 recently to replace its much loved predecessor Hiten was as ever extremely helpful (and patient..) and after much searching we located the perfect pristine example. If you are in the market for something special I would recommend HP Tradings without hesitation, I wish Hiten well and look forward to doing business for years to come.

HP Trading provided a friendly enjoyable experience of purchasing a new car (Mini Paceman). There was no stress or pressure just knowledge and help in the car we were looking at. The car was serviced, valeted and given a full inspection before picking up and i will be taking my car back for any future maintenance requirements.

I was so happy with the car purchase from HP Tradings, I took it back there for a repair to a dent in the passenger door (was opened into a concrete bollard). I still can't believe the dent disappeared (it was right in the middle of the photo attached), and the cost was only a couple of hours of work. I am a very happy customer. These guys also fitted the M performance bodykit on the car, again, great job.

Owner of a Mercedes E350 CDI plagued by the oil cooler leak, took my pride and joy to HP Tradings where everything was explained to me, all the ins and outs with no detail left aside. I knew since before they started the job will take 2 days as the engine needs taking apart. In exactly 2 days my car has been done, the attention to detail shocked me to the core, every bolt and every clip that looked worn out has been changed to brand new ones, undertray was professionally cleaned and it looked cleaner than a factory new one, the oil leak has stopped, also had a gearbox maintenance done at the same time and a full maintenance, car is more lively than ever and my mpg has gone back up to what it used to be before the oil leak started. I cannot recommend these guys enough and it's a shame Google stops at 5 stars as I'd rate them more than that. If you care about your pride and joy then take my word for it and have HP Tradings handle it. Amazing does not cut it...

1st class body repair on my brand new Hilux. Great workmanship, explained the process of the repair, kept me updated during the repair with regular pictures. Carried all the work out within the specified time. I will certainly use them again.
