Having been let down by Inchcape Norwich massively with our last 2 cars, we decided to go to Kings Lynn to buy our next Range Rover. James P was fantastic from start to finish. Kept every promise made and is a genuinely lovely person to deal with. James L G was also fab with sealing a fabulous deal and we collected today and left very happy customers. Our new Range Rover is gorgeous and they really did do a great job in tidying it up ready for sale. Thank you guys!!

Was keen to sell my 17plate (34k miles) Land Rover sport to this garage. Rang last week, and they said someone will ring me back with quote, 1 week later after hearing nothing I ring again and the receptionist was very rude, stating that if I haven’t heard anything, then they’re obviously not interested.
It would’ve been nice to actually speak to someone other than a receptionist to confirm they’re not interested (because It makes me think the message hasn’t got across to the salesman)

James Panter was a pleasure to deal with. Never hard the hard sell but also v knowledgeable and helpful when choosing our final car. James was supportive throughout the process. We have already recommended James to our friends and will be back.

Good small dealership, that takes time to keep you regularly updated when car is in for repair, with daily progress calls from them.
They actually managed to clean the car without creating swirl marks on the paintwork, so a lot better than some other JLR dealerships I've used before

My husband and I have been looking to buy a Range Rover for quite some time. We found one online that seemed to tick all the boxes. By luck it was only an hour up the road so we called to see if the car was still available, and see if we could come up and view the car. The lovely lady on the phone put us through to Ken in sales to discuss the car in more detail. Ken was extremely helpful and really friendly. We booked an appointment and went to see the car the following day. Ken was fab and wasn’t pushy at all, we took the car for a test drive and came back to chat after. We went away and had a think over the weekend and on the Monday we phoned back to say yes we wanted the car. Ken and his boss/team were fab and all dealt with my requirements to get the vehicle prepped ready for us to collect. We agreed on a day to collect the car with our children, we were all made to feel very welcome and the whole process had gone amazing! We would definitely recommend Ken to anyone, his communication and friendliness has made the whole experience fab. We will be back in future when we want an upgrade!

Myself and my husband, visited Inchcape in King’s Lynn a couple of weeks ago to discuss our options in regards to buying another approved used car. Having brought an approved used car with them before we were happy to go and discuss our options. Well Ken who dealt with us went above and beyond, he listened to exactly what we were after and we knew what car we really wanted. As a family of 6 we hadn’t all been in the same vehicle for 2 and 1/2 years so we’re driving a car and a van around so we needed a rather large 7 seater. Well he didn’t give up on us, after a few refusal’s he helped us get our dream car. The communication was amazing, lots of backwards and forwards emails and keeping us in the loop every step of the way. He really took on board exactly what we wanted and needed for our family. We were there for a good couple of hours and with 4 children it was a definitely a challenge but he was so understanding. Debbie the lady who works behind the reception desk was amazing with the girls, she helped keep them entertained and happy. She was so happy and welcoming and the children were very happy and well looked after. We will definitely be back in the future and definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Our new car has literally changed our lives as a family. Thank you all very much especially Ken and Debbie for making it a memorable experience for our family.
