Lovely friendly local garage, very reasonably priced, have bee taking my car (panda) there for years for service and MOT and have never had any issues with them.

They always call if they find issue in the service and will ask before doing any additional work that costs more money, they don't just do the work and expect you to pay which I appreciate, so I always feel like a respected customer.]

Would highly recommend this company. :)

Greenflag towed my van there a few months back Diagnosed fuel injection pump costing £1400 Gavin was really helpful working out all the costs and in the end advised scrapping it as it was so old. Anyway, couldn't face trying to get another van so they did a fantastic job and its running beautifully so money well spent. Will definitely use again Many thanks

How the company puts up with her I don’t know , god help them. She really does need to go back to school and learn some respect for her customers.

The person is out of order with the way she treats people and after being loyal and using this company for many years we will not be returning to receive her verbal abuse.

We have been taking our cars to Autocraft for decades and never had an issue until last month when I popped it in for an oil change and was charged £175!! Its only an Astra. I felt completely ripped off by the new owner and we will now take our business elsewhere.

I had no problems with the servicing and other work done by Autocraft on my vehicle over the several years I was using them, the work was done well and keenly priced.

However, the brusque and surly nature of the lady who runs the reception borders on rudeness. I am not easily offended and had no issue nor made any complaint to her about anything, but her manner towards myself and other customers on multiple occasions left a lot to be desired. It is for this reason alone that I have now taken my custom elsewhere.

I brought my wife's little automatic polo into this garage after being told by a friend this was the place to go i booked it in for timing belt and walter pump change and they done a brilliant job even done some little extras that wasn't included , the price wasn't the cheapest but you really do get what you pay for with these guys thanks again . I would highly recommend this garage 👌
