EMG MOTOR GROUP - KINGS LYNN Ford service

There was initial confusion by the service agent when booking my car in about my Kia Care 1-3 prepaid service arrangement, the agents initial response was there was no indication that I had such a plan in place even though I'd had the first service under the plan completed by EMG. My car was purchased at a competitor main dealer and the plan was started with them but their location means its easier and environmentally friendly to go to EMG in Kings Lynn.

Upon collecting the car I spent a few minutes going through the service paperwork and noted that the engineers had lubricated my sunroof, fair enough, BUT the person responsible for post work cleaning didn't do a very good job. I noticed oil on the sunroof controls, oil on the underside of the sunroof glass (quite a bit actually) and oil splash's on the rear view mirror and centre console. Because I was still in the yard I went back inside and asked the receptionist if she had some cloths and explained what is wrong. She went out back and collected some cleaning liquids and cloths and she cleaned my cars interior.
She was apologetic and indicated that she would have a conversation with the cleaning guy.

This is the first time I've had issues with EMG Kings Lynn and I hope will be the last.
